Jeg er meget utilfreds med min oplevelse hos Jobsquad. Selvom de hjalp mig med at komme i kontakt med en arbejdsgiver og få et job, var måden, jeg blev talt til på, langt fra professionel. Jeg oplevede kommunikationen som usympatisk og respektløs.
Den mandlige agent fortalte, at de tilbyder såkaldt “handholding”, hvor man bliver i deres system, og hvor de er der for én, hvis man får brug for hjælp. Det viste sig desværre ikke at være tilfældet i praksis.
Jeg fik et job i Grækenland, men efter jeg var blevet sat i kontakt med firmaet, der skulle ansætte mig, var der ingen sparring, støtte eller hjælp at hente fra Jobsquad. Jeg har aldrig haft så ringe et job, og jeg stod helt alene, selvom det netop var det, jeg havde fået indtryk af, at jeg ikke ville.
Jeg havde allerede en dårlig fornemmelse fra starten, men valgte alligevel at tage chancen – noget jeg i dag fortryder meget.
Jeg nævner ikke agentens navn, da jeg ikke mener, det er fair at hænge enkeltpersoner ud offentligt. Men han ved helt sikkert selv, at dette forløb har været noget rod, og at der har været manglende respons.
Mange tak for absolut ingenting.

I've applied for a job in Greece through them and I've been lucky enough to have the guidance and assistance of Concetta, a very empathic and understanding recruiter who never me let me down. If her colleagues in Greece will be as professional and good like she is I will come back to give Job Squad the fifth star too.

I have been with JobSquad for probably two Years now and must say that they have the sweetest Recruiters ever. They are super dedicated in finding you the job you want, and they will not just leave you on your own, but will walk every step of the recruitment with you and you can always contact them easily via What's App. I was with other companies before, where I often felt clueless and left alone. Going abroad can be a scary step, but with Job Squad you have Top Recruiters by your side, who will do everything to give you a great start into a new, exciting life.

Stay away from this company. They provided me with a terrible apartment and they didn't give me my money back, saying that I had scratched the cupboard in the room. They are total liars! I didn't do it. There were already scratches there before I moved in. I advise all tenants to photograph all the furniture in the rooms in advance, because they will not return your deposit, referring that you damaged the furniture. They did not return my deposit of 350 euro! The apartment was dirty, there were cockroaches everywhere, which they sprayed with chemicals while I was staying in this room. They should have done this in advance, not while I was staying in the room! The toilet flush didn't work, and the toilet door could not be closed, so I had to hold the door with my hand all the time to prevent any of the men from entering the toilet. I was the only girl in the apartment, and everyone else was male.

Estrella was very professional and gave me a great tips and follow up during all the recrutment process. I recommand !

I am being spammed by these guys and no option to unsubscribe from their emails

I didn’t register for these emails, and the email address they’re sending their spam to, is missing a . (Full stop) in between my name on the email they send it to. This will still be delivered to me but it’s a good indication that I didn’t give them my details.

It’s in breach of GDPR not having an option to unsubscribe so reporting them now.

I blocked the other emails but now I’m getting them from other email prefixes.

Please delete my details from your database.

Update: I have now reported the email on the ICO org website

And thanks for the response but there truly isn’t an option to unsubscribe directly via emails I’m receiving.

I was cheated by them. They did not return my deposit. I am a German citizen. I was provided with an apartment by JobSquad, which required me to pay a deposit of €200, which was to be returned to me after 30 days, after I vacated the apartment and provided I did not break or steal anything from the apartment. On the 31st day, JobSquad told me that they would not return my money because they had spent it on cleaning the apartment of cat hair. There is no mention of cats in the accommodation contract. I did not violate anything and did not break anything. I did not have any cats in my room. The JobSquad company lied about that. Even if I did have a cat in my room, it wouldn't be in line with the contract we signed. They just made up this reason which doesn't comply with the terms of the contract. It's a fraud.

During my stay in this apartment, it was very dirty, so I got a lot of pimples on my face (I can provide photos). No one wanted to live in this apartment, and 2 girls from Finland left this apartment because of the dirt on the same day.

As I mentioned already the apartment was already very dirty before I moved in. There were huge cockroaches everywhere. The toilet flush didn't work. I had to use my own basin (which I bought) to flush. Now JobSquad company decided to illegally keep my money - this is fraud.

I would like to share my sincere appreciation for Ilenia Tesoro and the incredible support she provided me throughout my job search and placement. From the very beginning, she was attentive, proactive, and genuinely committed to helping me.

When I first moved from Greece for a position in Füssen, the experience turned out to be quite challenging and disappointing due to circumstances beyond my control. From the very start, Ilenia was there for helping me with flight arrangements, giving guidance, and supporting me through every step. Even when the situation at the first job turned out to be not what I expected, she remained approachable, understanding, and dedicated to finding a solution.

When I needed to find a new job, Ilenia quickly helped me secure a position that suited my needs. She guided me through the process and even arranged with the company that they could cover the travel costs, as I did not have access to my bank account at the time. She was always ready to answer questions and provide assistance. What truly impressed me is that even on her days off, when it was not her responsibility, she still took the time to help me. It was as if she genuinely took on the role of a supporter, going above and beyond simply because she cares.

Ilenia’s professionalism, dedication, and kindness made an incredibly stressful situation feel manageable. She truly goes above and beyond for the people she helps, and I wholeheartedly believe she deserves the highest recognition for her work.
