Absolutely superb service. I called at 8:30am needing same day collection of bulk furniture, Findlay on the phone was very helpful, and it was gone by 2pm - Barry even disassembled bed frames that wouldn’t fit out of the door with zero fuss. Both the guys were so friendly and professional, cannot recommend them highly enough.

Contacted the Newcastle team on Monday early morning to ask about collection and they replied super fast - the rubbish was gone by 10:30 am. Super happy with both service and price. Very reliable and efficient communication by whatsapp. Thank you

Contacted Jo Junk(Glasgow)on a Wednesday evening and within an hour I was given a price, which was very competitive. I was contacted the following morning, given a time and the rubbish was uplifted by Paul and Gary who left the site clean and tidy. I have used Jo Junk previously and will continue to so. Competitive pricing, nice guys, quick and efficient uplift. What's not to like?

Absolutely brilliant service from Joe Junks! Marty and his co-worker were such lovely guys, so friendly and helpful. They came to price the job and ended up doing it there and then for a great price. Cleared out two sheds that were completely full to the brim with old broken toys and rubbish, dismantled the sheds, and took them away too. There was so much that they couldn’t fit it all in the truck, but true to their word they came back by 8:30 the next morning to finish the job. Very professional service from start to finish — would highly recommend ☺️

Firstly, Paul and Paul. I apologise for the length of time it has taken me to write this review.
I used JoeJunk in March to assist in me moving home and clearing out. They removed 2 x drawers, a wardrobe, 2 single beds with mattresses, a fridge/freezer and a washing machine. Unfortunately, we ran into trouble when one of the Paul's got stuck in the lift for a long time. As soon as Paul was free, he rushed back into my property and removed the washing machine. What a credit to the business these two men are. The other Paul bashed on alone to get the job done!!

I used joejunk to remove a 3 seater settee and armchair from our property and service I received was excellent at a very competitive price. The 2 lads arrived on time and got the job done in under 10 minutes. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.
