All in all happy with my experience
Knowledgeable salesperson who wasn’t at all pushy but gave plenty of options and answered questions honestly. Test drive of demonstrator quickly organised to help inform decision. Communication once vehicle was ready for collection was a little haphazard for my liking - I had a fare all set to collect before finishing touches to paperwork were done. Not a big issue but felt in wrong order. All in all happy with my experience though.

No pressure sales, just a friendly car showroom
Very friendly and attentive people to deal with. Our salesman knew his product and explained the car purchase very well, when we did pick up the car, it was very clean and polished and the sales car explainer did a very thorough job in running us through the main operations. Being our first EV car, we are still not 100% up to speed on operating but the offer of extra help is fully available. Looking forward to having Audi Aberdeen as our service provider well into the future.

Staff were extremely friendly and…
Staff were extremely friendly and helpful during the whole buying experience with Alasdair in particular dealing with the paperwork and online stuff in a diligent and professional way, even with an after sales contact.
The car, an Audi Q2 is great so far and exceeds expectations in terms of comfort,driving and equipment all at a decent price and trade in.

Excellent sales experience
Excellent sales experience, 2nd time I have dealt with John Clark Motor Group and same level of attention, in particular Dhruv who dealt with order on both occasions, can't fault the customer service and handover experience. I was kept me up-to-date throughout and Dhruv ensured the specification I required and time scales were met within the budget we agreed.

I am delighted with my Audi S3
I am delighted with my new-to-me Audi S3. Thank you to Ryan and Robbie for all of their help and guidance in purchasing the car, it is awesome. When this particular car came up in my ideal specification but slightly higher than my budget, I decided to reach out and see if a deal was possible. Ryan worked the numbers and the rest, as they say, is history. I love my new car and looking forward to many trouble-free years of happy driving.

"The place for your next Audi"
From 1st phone call all questions and answers were friendly and very professional. Craig the head salesman gave me a great part exchange deal as well as my own personal video of new car. Sales person Barry was very informative about my new car and took me out for a brilliant test drive. The team at Aberdeen Audi went above and beyond guiding me every step of the way, and here's the best part "no" sales pressure at all unlike some franchises.
