Nice premises with decent parking availability, staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Was given a very nice courtesy car for the day.

Not trustworthy
My trade-in car was valued at £4500 on the day I ordered my new car. I was told that upon receipt of my new car it would probably be worth £4000. The salesman told me that the maximum deposit to be put down for my new car was £3500 and I would receive £500 cash back. However, I am still waiting on this cash back and I have had my new car since December. I have emailed several times and no reply. I should not have to chase this up.

Service was fine however and customer service great however I don't think parts are of great quality. Brand new car and year 1 and 2 service needs new rear brake pads both times...never had this experience before with any vauxhall I had, last car I had for 6 years. definitely making me think about year 3 and trading in, going to keep taking photos so can monitor wear.
