Very friendly, efficient and customer focussed attention as usual from John Clark Audi in Aberdeen. Went the extra mile to reprogram my key before I left the premises.
Staff were very helpful and polite. The special touches of champagne and flowers were lovely. The revealing of the new car was also a very nice surprise.

Understanding the branch is busy, Ian managed to squeeze me into their tight schedule and has arranged for the van to be delivered to me. Great customer service.

The staff was very excellent
The staff was very polite, informing me if the information I asked for, was also great to have a 420d as a courtesy car while my 320d was in for a recall, had the car a few days for the weather being bad where I stay and the staff was very understandable which was great to know, also a bonus as I was really enjoying driving the car, definitely considering getting one as my next car now from that
