Zero customer service
Zero customer service. I had a bad experience with my MG car annual service and when I tried to get a response by phone and by email no interest. Over 8 weeks now since the service and the "customer service" never gets back. They should realise there are alternatives and no need for customers to put up with this type of service.

Smooth purchase of car
I bought my MG3 from John Clark motors in Dundee last week. Really pleased with my purchase. Still getting used to tech on dashboard so keeping me on my toes. Sales people friendly and helpful.

Very positive experience with sales, Stephen Smith kept me informed and answered all my questions, unfortunately I've had issues since day 1 and the service department has let the company down as it's going to take them 4 weeks to even look at it, one issue was a tyre going flat!!!, Stephen offered to help with issues, which I declined, kwik fit fixed 1 issue and hopefully the other will get fixed in a couple of weeks

I bought my skoda kodiaq from dundee branch and have to say from looking for a car to actually dealing with the sales executive Andrew it was first class.if I had any questions after purchasing the car they were only too helpful to help . can't highly recommend specalist cars enough for your next car.i say again first class service from start to finish.

Having to wait six weeks at the Dundee…
Having to wait six weeks at the Dundee Specialist cars is unacceptable for an oil change.
I traveled to Perth branch, some 30 miles from my home.
The service was very good and much quicker, I would rate them 5 stars.

Excellent customer service
Craig was excellent. He was helpful and informative. He didn't make me feel pressured into buying my car. He answered all my questions and made the whole process seamless and easy. He even came in on his day off to hand over my car.

Received call day before visit to confirm. Efficient check-in at appointed time with clear information about time of collection. Very pleasant young man (Kyle?) Phone call later in the day confirming car was ready and collected nicely valeted. Excellent customer service.
