Great experience
Great communication, on line document signing. Brian, who was very friendly, helpful. took the time to tell me about all of the new features of my new mini, came with me for a short drive as I hadn't driven an automatic before and called me later that day to ask how my journey home had been.

I found that my experience in renewing…
I found that my experience in renewing my Mini Cooper was as always excellent. Knowledgeable and friendly staff at hand. David explained the finance and my new car in detail, went for a test drive to ensure I was comfortable with an automatic car. Needed further information on the workings and received the same courtesy and friendly response.

Very pleasant and satisfying experience
The sales and support personnel were very helpful and had a pleasant approach. They were also very knowledgeable and keen to access my needs and requests and try to match them.
The building was very clean and well supplied and kept and not too large and overwhelming

Great sales
Great sales, service and end product. Trading in old car and picking up the new one was simple and pain free. Thanks to Beth for taking care of everything. This is our 2nd MINI from John Clark Mini Tayside and hope to purchase more from them in the future.

The car was not prepared as agreed with the salesman, including the required touch ups and cleaning. Car still had damage and was dirty on delivery day.

The service was really good
The service was really good. Brain was very helpful in helping choose what was right for me. The car I liked had silver alloys which I didn’t like. And he managed to source someone the paint them black which looks great on the car.

Great sales service
Greg the salesman did a great job of dealing with our enquiries, returning our calls when expected and kept us informed finished off with taking the time to get the mini app working, this was troublesome at the time but he took time to get it working
