Complete scam. Blood work completed and set an appointment with a doctor per the online tool. Session was with an NP. I was told Kyzatrex was offered and it is not.

Lousy scammers. Never told me they don't provide testosterone to Pennsylvania residents. Sent me enclomiphene, which is worthless. Billed a second month without sending a RX, scheduling a follow up, or providing any other service. I requested a refund and cancellation of subscription and they refused.
They are scammers. Avoid at all costs!!

Pricing is ok but the quality or potency of the testosterone is very underwhelming and seems less effective and weak after trying the same product with a different company. I’d highly suggest they change the supplier.

I wish I looked into this company more before giving them my money. When I first booked my appointment someone called from the company within 30min asking if I had any questions, which was nice, but boy that was the only good thing about them. They do not show you your test results, you have to call. They do not give you order shipment information, you have to call. They do not tell you the price, you have to call or wait to see what the charge is. All of their business practices are shady and do not feel legitimate - I will not be injecting myself with any chemicals they send me because I am not convinced they are real or safe.

Updated - just received the medicine which is in a nondescript bag with no logos or information on it. The only instructions inside look like they were printed from someones home computer, has data from 2019, and the instructions do not match the items provided. Different needle sizes, conflicting information, etc. This company is truly a nightmare, especially when it comes to your health.

Scam they don't check your testosterone its an estimate.

They started me on it sent enough test for 3-4 months at .5ml then had bloodwork at the sec doctor appointment and the nurse said they couldn’t ship to my state anymore and told me my levels where high doing everything they told me to do. Completely trash company

Very deceptive practices. After meeting with the consultant and advising me that my levels were normal they still charged and shipped medication to me. This was after I had already emailed them to advise them that I was no longer interested in their program. Do not trust this company, they refuse to refund my money.

This company is HIGHLY unethical. They tell you someone will call and discuss pricing and subscription costs. No one calls. You will, however, get medication you never ordered shipped to you and you will be billed for a subscription and medication you never ordered. Well, it looks like they routinely do this according to reviews. Well they f—-d with the wrong guy. This will not end well for them!

They don’t disclose pricing of pharmaceutical products. You get billed $50 for someone to tell you your LabQuest results. Then surprised with $200 transaction for 1-month supply with no disclosure or agreement known to me of this charge. Luckily my bank flagged it as suspicious activity. Avoid this company- unprofessional by using hidden sales tactics.

Paid for mail in blood work. Came back extremely high 9+ PSA level.
During Titan facetime physician appointment their medical professional suggested i go to the doctor as this could possibly be infection and/or serious ailment
In fear of sickness I had full blood work done by local physician at high cost. Came back normal and healthy other than low test level. I sent newly aquired full blood work to Titan and was refused service indefinitely after following their physicians advice.

I then only asked for a refund of my payment to them. They refused that as well.

Signed up initially seeing the $50 promo and after getting labs and everything I revived a $139 charge. After calling and asking about it they told me it was for the medication, not sure why that charge is not specified literally anywhere. I was okay with the first charge because I know these medications do cost. However after 28 days I decided I no longer wanted to continue and I received another $139 charge to my account. After not being able to reach them about canceling prior to the charge I called and emailed asking for cancellation and a refund. They told me that you are required to make 2 payments for the medication. This is again NOT SPECIFIED OR OUTLINED on there website or even terms and conditions. Nor did I sign anything obligating me to it. They refused to give me the refund even after I sent them there billing section of there terms and conditions showing that it does not say anywhere about needing to make 2 payments. So I had to dispute the charge. Very shady and scammy. Should’ve done more research before hand but I would tell EVERYONE to not use them ever

Difficulty logging on the website. Paid $50 dollars for a lab test and medical screening. I did not get an email verification or a lab scheduling link for about 24 hrs, customer support mentioned IT issues. After I finally had my labs completed I met with a Medical Professional who was unable to prescribe TRT in South Carolina and was not educated on the therapies allowed in my state. I constantly get emails and texts asking me to schedule my lab test even though they were completed. It was a waste of $50 bucks. Use a more reputable site.

Lab error and no explanation given about the lab error. Contacted them about a refund and it was denied due to the lab kit being used? That is very shady of them . Canceled and signed up with a company that knows what they are doing.

This company is not clear with its pricing, its currently charging me a $250 "membership fee" every 28 days. Would not have signed up for this service had they been transparent with their pricing.

Update: the cancel button through their portal does nothing and this company is offering a $50 discount if you give them a 5 star review on here.
