Very bad customer service
Very bad customer service. Points for Poppo live bought twice. Account was not reloaded and neither confirmation email received. Money went out of bank for transactions.
Firstly had to wait 2 days to get a response from a WhatsApp chat. Then an agent performed checks, mentioned points have been deposited me or refunded to the account. However I was still left hanging. Went in and out of the chat to check if points were there and the agent closed the matter. Spoke to another agent m, sent screenshot and proof of payment from bank account and the still asking for more proof as if people are lying to them. As a distributor If they can’t perform checks on their side and waiting for me to send them a proof when I didn’t receive any transaction email also trusting them wouldn’t take screenshots after transactions. I have done some many transactions in the past and with joytify itself but this is the first time I’ve encountered this issue, and unfortunately a very bad service was provided when asked for support. Losing a customer that reloads daily.

Die Mitarbeiterin auf der Gamescom war zwar super, aber auf dem Flyer steht sehr groß FREE Pubg 300 + 25 UC. Nachdem ich den Code eingegeben habe stellt sich heraus, man zahlt für das Paket statt 4,93€ "nur" 4,12€. Das sind 17%. Statt Free 17% ist schon ein großer unterschied. Das ist eine große Täuschung und Enttäuschung, nicht zu empfehlen.

My Main Top up for ZZZ!
Joytify has been my main top up location for ZZZ since I found them. Their prices are very competitive with other sites, but where they shine is the fees are always the lowest and transparent. However, that still isn't the best part. The best part is that almost as soon as the payment is processed the top up is in my account!
The only [extremely] minor critique I have is that for the agent/weapon guarantees there isn't a pack breakdown. I like to see the actual packs to make value decisions so for me it is just better to buy known denominations.
