We purchased a Sharp copier last year and had some issues with setting up the scanner on our network. They came and fixed it at no cost. They really care. 100% recommended.

It has been such a pleasure working with JTF. All their prices are very reasonable and competitive. Their turn around time is so fast and they always quickly respond to all of our emails and answer all of my phone calls.
Recently we bought a multi-function color copier with finisher and we had a great experience with them.
Best price, fast delivery and installation.
I am seriously impressed with the service here!

Was friendly and helpful
After a day with some questions about warranty and Service contracts, i found a good represantative from the sales department.
He was very helpful an sent a technician to my Office. There was only a few minutes to find a solution and after another few days the new part was assembled. So the copy machine still works like new.

just as they say!
I have now bought two Canon copiers from JTF.....everything has worked as it should.......the service plan I purchased has been used once or twice with great results.......I am very happy with JTF....just wish I had known about them sooner before I got ripped off by a bad Leasing company which closed and left me without supplies, service and having to pay leasing payments for the next 3 years....ouch
I recommend buying!!!

Great Scanner
I tried writing a review earlier so I'm not sure If this is my second review. But I'm going to make this one shorter than the last one. I bought a scanner that they recommended, I love the internet fax option that came with it. It arrived on time and works great. Thanks for the recommendation. i suggest working with Jon in sales we knew a lot about scanners.

Low prices with easy website to place orders on
They had the cheapest price online for the toner I was looking for, I saved money on shipping too. They gave me free shipping on my Sharp toners, Canon toners and Lexmark toners. I live in California and they gave me free next day air shipping. I called them the following morning and they gave me a UPS tracking #. I was really relieved they shipped my toners the same day because I was in desperate need of a toner for my Lexmark printer. I would shop at this company again.
