Order never arrived — two months of excuses and no resolution
I ordered a JTP product through TapnShower over two months ago, and unfortunately I still haven’t received it. Throughout this time, TapnShower have repeatedly blamed the manufacturer (JTP), first saying the valve was damaged, then later claiming it was lost in transit. Despite all these explanations, I’ve had no product, no replacement, and no meaningful progress.
What’s been most frustrating is the lack of ownership or urgency from TapnShower. As the retailer, I expected them to manage the issue and ensure I received what I paid for, but instead I’ve been left waiting with no clear resolution.
I can’t comment on the quality of the JTP product itself because it never arrived, but based on my experience with TapnShower’s handling of this order, I wouldn’t feel confident ordering from them again
