After changing my bike this year I took the plunge and purchased another leather jacket Richa Toulon 2, A great style to go with the Z900rs. Also bought a pair of AAA JTS Cool Rider jeans to go with the jacket, now complete for my style, all fits well and the quality is excellent as well as comfortable. This will now be my place to go for future clothing. Thank you!

Rode down to Coalville’s JTS shop.A great welcome from the friendly staff.They greeted us with warm drinks .I went on and bought a pair of JTS waterproof wide fit boots that fitted me like a pair of slippers ,This did take me by Surprise as I have problems when buying any kind of footwear due to having :-Big as well as broad feet ,along with high instep ..if you have similar problems when buying bike boots give JTS a call

I wrote two reviews for the website for two items, and they were not approved because they "don't get many negative reviews" (only cos you don't allow them to be posted, clearly). However, I am leaving this here because the practice irked me. I will explain.

I bought some 'wide fit' boots, which were narrower than the non-wide-fit trainers I wear. Could barely scrunch my feet into them and they wouldn't do up (yes, they were the correct size). So I returned them and left a review that they were not wide-fit and shouldn't be labelled as such.

I returned them on 14th February. It is now 26th February and I still have no sight of my £99.99.

Part of this delay is because I was emailed, offering to upsell me on a pair of 'wider' boots that were £100 more expensive, offering to use my refund to partially pay for them.

I never asked them to do this, and they had no right, in all honesty. But I just said no and left it at that and didn't complain, but it bothered me, honestly. Refund first, offer the alternative after.

As for the next item. I am a size 20 lady and I bought a size 24. Couldn't even pull them all the way up with lining/armour in, couldn't button them up without. So I'm returning those, but in the meantime ordered a size 28. I could (just about) do them up (if I removed the lining and hip armour) but I can't move my legs around or sit in a chair since they are still technically too small.

To fit me with lining and armour intact, I would have to purchase a size 32. Six sizes higher than what I am in 99% of clothing brands in the UK. Do you have any idea the upset this causes to people with issues about their body? It legitimately upset me and I couldn't eat all day after that.

I am sure JTS are a good company. They have many great reviews and the actual quality of the boots and the trousers is top notch. The armour is thick, the garments are very, very well made.

They are not responsible for the size nor shape of my body, but inaccurate sizing is one thing, this is quite another. They're not the only company guilty of this, either. It is a serious problem in motorcycle gear industries!

I have emailed again chasing my refund, I hope that it's just some regular admin delay and I won't have some issue about it all. I have spent £380 on this company and have neither usable items nor money to show for it at this stage so until the refunds are complete I don't have much else that's positive to say I am afraid.

The three stars are purely for the quality of the garments.

I ordered some JTS cool rider jeans, they were too small so I returned and exchanged. Great service from the start. I will use theses guys for all of my future needs.

This is a 5 star business. I've been a customer for years and they've always been outstanding in customer service. I recently bought a jacket, returned it for a different size, no hassle at all and sorted within days.

I bought a jacket from them a year ago. Unfortunately, there are defects in the product. But they have been very helpful throughout the process so I can highly recommend them. Really good service.

Great company, customer services (Karen) very helpful to select the correct sizing and also agree to send alternatives that could be returned FOC to me.
Fast delivery, good quality products and great customer service.

Whilst Toni was excellent I can not say the same for their other representative who called me (Karen I think) She was unduly rude and aggressive resulting in a breakdown of any trust with this company.

I have used JTS on a number of occasions now and have found them to be friendly, helpful and prompt with dispatch of orders.
They have been the providers of items of Held motorcycle clothing to me and have obtained items promptly when not in stock, even managing to produce things when other (larger) outfits claim the items are not only unavailable, but also out of production..
Delivery and returns are free and any out of stock orders are quickly followed up with a phone call advising the situation and asking whether you wish to proceed while the item is obtained from their supplier (normally directly from the manufacturer (in Germany with Held products)).
Toni and her team deserve credit; this is how a company builds a loyal customer base. Keep up the good work and thank you!!
