Bought a spa bath, cancelled ordered with in 24 hours. After nearly 2 months still no refund, excuse after excuse. Had to get my solicitor involved and also get my bank involved! They avoid calls and emails until it’s too late!

I brought a bath with Air and Water jet massage and the bath came with the Air pump loose inside the bath not connected to any controls. There were NO instructions of how to connect the bath. So I got sent a basic PDF with just words, it did not help much as just said connect to power. So I asked how the switch on bath controlled air and was told to plug in pipe air pressure switch but there is no where on bath to plug this in !!!!!! 6weeks later and an engineer has not had the decency to call me and talk me through my switch type that is n to air pressure one! Please help me find a solution ASAP so I can enjoy my expensive bath !

Absolutely ridiculous. I wish if i had read trustpilot reviews before placing the order. Contacted via email and no reply. Contacted via phone twice but still no delivery date and it had been beyond 10 working days as promised 5-10 days delivery days on website.

Avoid like the plague, after sales service abysmal. In March 2026 I had the unfortunate experience of ordering the wrong shower (plumbers fault), anyway none of the boxes were opened but the pallet was taken. JT Spas would not accept it back unless it was on a pallet and just washed their hands of it saying there was nothing they could do. I contacted the manufacturers/importers of the shower unit and they at least came up with the suggestion of ordering the correct shower and using that pallet to return the incorrect one. This I did and eventually the new shower went in and the old one safely loaded and picked up by the manufacturer. Two months then passed and no refund from JT Spas, promised on 3 occasions the refund would be made within the week and nothing. Even wrote to the Companys CEO Tracy McKnight explaining the situation and received nothing back, probably because whoever is running the JT Spas office in Dewsbury had never passed the email on. Eventually they pretended to not being able to hear me when calling, (twice) they howecver did slip up and must have turned the mute buttom off for a few seconds when I overheard them giggling (obviously at my expense) - eventually they stopped answering my calls. Angry and very frustrated I was at my wits end having £1395 of my money being withheld, as a result I called my bank and put it in their hands, within 4 days they accepted my claim and the refund will be made in the next 24 hours. As a footnote the Vidalux Shower Cublicle is a nice unit and I have no issues with that, should you wish to get one DO NOT use JT Spas.

Absolute shocking service from this Internet supplier of bathroom items.
Ordered £610 of shower and bathroom items and was delivered something totally different and not what i required.
wrong order was collected in double quick time but despite many false promises of a a total refund nothing was sent or received, just LIED &LIED throughout.
Had to take this money robbing company via my bank credit company to finally get a FULL refund one year onfrom original purchase
POTENTIAL BUYERS AVOID AT ALL COST.

Absolutely dreadful company to deal with.

Had to chase my order several time and they just blamed their supplier although on their website said stock levels were good.

Finally received my order 3 weeks late to only discover a part was missing so had to chase that. Came back with supplier is out of stock of that part and will be sending in 4 weeks. No mention. Of this on order or email or delivery note.

Just shocking

Ordered a freestanding jetted bath, had some worries before due to older reviews here but had been keeping an eye on the bath and spoke to a young lady who had told me the new stock was just in stock the past fortnight and she assured me id get delivery next week. Arrived safely the following week. I needed to return the bath taps as we decided to go for a wall tap which the plumber picked up local to let him finish the job. The lady confirmed the warehouse got the tap back and the refund came through the following week. She said they have a new team member so glad as lovely the bath spa now.

Please avoid this company. I would give zero stars if possible. The company were unable to fulfill an order for a vanity unity. They avoided emails and phone calls. They said they were unable to make the refund due to a backlog with the accounts teams. It dragged on for weeks and weeks and the only way the money was refunded was when we contacted the bank. This company is a joke! Please avoid.

shower was delivered on time . all good. we opened the boxes to have a quick look and all seemed great.
the plumber arrived 2 weeks later and discovered aluminium frame was severely damaged with massive dent,. they quoted me £250 to replace panel. total joke . i am 70 years old and could not have totally unwrapped every component . this company need to wake up. do not place an order with them. totalk losers and scammers..... I also would give zero if I could, JT Spas is currently withholding my funds and refusing any compensation for significant delays and loss of interest as I paid a premium to have my bath pod delivered within 6 days and they took 10. A 1.8-star rating, it's clear I am not alone. I have set a deadline for a resolution which has been ignored. As a result, I have now formally reported JT Spas to Trading Standards and Citizens Advice. If you are considering buying from here, read the reviews first getting your money back is a nightmare not to mention the inconvenience of having to put off the plumber who was installing it and my time off. Avoid. they don’t deserve to be in business and aren’t necessarily the cheapest.

Since writing this review, I still have not had a refund 

I would give no stars if I could. Ordered goods in January and was subsequently told they were unavailable. Promised a refund that has never been actioned.
Told every time it was with the accounts team, they are now ignoring emails. Two and a half months and still no refund. Avoid !!!

I would put 0 stars if I could please do not use this company they lie about everything and never delivered anything still fighting to get a refund please don't use

Worst experience ever dealing with this farce for a company. I ordered a shower cabin for £1000, They took the payment and within a day I had confirmation of shipping. I called them up and they said the carrier would contact me within the week, that the order had left them, 2 weeks of phone calls later to find out where if was and they said they never shipped it the one on the shelf was damaged and they had never shipped anything out. They then offered me a different unit for an extra £200, i declined and asked for a refund after being lied to for weeks with the last unit. Since this i have been emailing and phoning the company to send me my refund, they don't answer the phone, I occasionally get a we will chase this up with accounts email back. **Its a card refund it takes 5 minutes**. This company is holding onto funds for products they never had in stock and using excuses and lies to keep hold of it. The Company is JT Spas, (MCK International) - seem to be just grifting people out of money.
I will update this review if I ever see my money back..
P.S - You will find customer service is terrible, but i can image you get a lot of people shouting at you all day if you work for a company that steals peoples hard earned money.

Company took the money for the order. Then claimed the shower was out of stock. Waiting for a refund months later. Do not use

I order shower on 27 November 2025 and didn’t received till 12 Feb 2026
They simply say it was the last one and damaged on delivery.
They offer me another one which is £55 more expensive but they asked me to pay £100 more with no reason and manager simply said to refund your money after 3 months and no compensation.
They are very rude and and they don’t care for customer, I had to keep email and trace them.

Had to get bank to do a change back in order to get my money back anyone who has problems getting money back for goods get in touch with your credit card company or bank or the financial ombudsman all of which are free and will act on your behalf do not let these people keep your money for items not supplied

Ordered two showers great value compared to other companies Excellent. Quality product Optus I Lock shower cabins Slight delay in delivery but worth the wait.
No issues with contacting the company would use them again

Ordered a shower cabin with steam. And they delivered the wrong one without steam and then refused to replace it.
AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Terrible customer service, rude staff, and flagrant disregard for trading standards and regulations. Do Not Buy From Here!

BE AWARE BE AWARE, if you want to lose your money and never see your new shower please buy from these, other wise stay away worse customer service ever they will lye and lead you on, 1st take your money and say item will be delivered 2 days then say 2 weeks then you get email saying that item you wanted after 2 weeks of waiting for, has been lost, then they want to charge you another £300 or more on top of the £1500 you have payed for another replacement witch will never come, they they say refund will be with you soon after 2-3 weeks of waiting still no refund, they never answer the fine and if they do they just put you on hold for over an hour until you hang up. Please please every one report this company to trading standards, I still haven't got my money back from an order I ordered in April, im taking them to a small claims company.
