I emailed customer service before I purchased the jump sport pro. Customer service was quick to respond and answered all my questions quickly. Shipping was prompt and I absolutely love my purple jump sport pro. The quality is superb and this is built to last! Jump Sport was fabulous to work with! Thank you again!

I love my JumpSport! But I can't wait until you get the quick release bar in stock. I'm 66 and just started rebounding a couple of months ago.

I’ve only had my JumpSport 39” Pro for a week, but I already love it! As an “aging” woman with lipedema, I actually love that rebounding stimulates lymphatic drainage, and the up-and-down motion is gentler on my knees and joints. Both of these are a win-win for me, and rebounding is a fun way to exercise. The main reason I chose the JumpSport over other rebounders is because it’s not noisy like others I tried, I feel very stable on it, and the bungee cords are adjustable. These were important factors in my decision to pay a little more to have these benefits.

My rebounder was shipped quickly and delivered on time. I was really excited to set it up and get going, but unfortunately, that turned out to be a frustrating experience. The box contained an unlabeled bag of screws, washers, and round rubber pieces. The legs each had a purple rubber foot on one end and a black plastic piece containing a sliver screw and washer held on with a rubber band on the other end. None of these parts matched the included instruction sheet. After watching multiple assembly instruction videos online, including those put out by JumpSport, I could not find anything that matched the parts I received. I reached out to customer service with multiple photos and a written explanation of the issue. Customer service responded with "Lucky you! You received a set of bumpers." She said I could affix them to the rebounder or leave them off. She sent instructions for assembling the legs with the bumpers. She still did not provide instructions for assembling the legs without the bumpers or explain why none of the parts matched the manual. I do not want the bumpers. They are to protect the rebounders if you stack them on top of each other. I only own one rebounder, so I have no need for them. The black bumpers take away from the aesthetic of my purple rebounder. I certainly did not feel "lucky" to receive plastic pieces I didn't order or want and the confusion that caused. The representative said it was a "mystery" as to how they were included. The representative did not apologize for the mix-up. The attempt at re-framing this as something I should be grateful for really soured me on this company. All in all, I spent over an hour attempting to figure out how to assemble the rebounder legs safely and correctly so as not to damage it. This is something I would expect from a cheap rebounder purchased for $150, not one I spend this much money on. I reviewed lots of options before settling on JumpSport, and one of the deciding factors was the supposed ease of set-up. JumpSport, you need to update your assembly instructions, label the parts you are sending, and ensure you are sending out the correct parts to each customer. "I'm sorry" goes a long way.

This is a quality product. I have had it a short time but it is so fun. This is something I will actually do because it’s not mundane! I look forward to using this for many years.

It's a great product and easy process to purchase. My only complaint is that screwing on the legs was difficult. It has been impossible to fully screw in one of the legs... but other than that, all is good.

Haven't received rebounder. Another product was sent in a really dirty bent up box that I had to repackage and return to Fedex. It was very heavy.

I love my 39” JumpSport Pro. I’d had it and used it daily for 2 years and 4 months when my tab on the mat broke. I ordered a new mat and new bungees. Everything arrived on time and in perfect condition. So happy to be rebounding again! Installation was a little work but well worth it!

I love the rebounder. I purchased it on clearance and all 5 legs are wobbly. I don't know if what I purchased was used and returned but I was disappointed to receive the wobbly legs. I'm thinking about going to Home Depot to get something to stabilize them. The quality and product are good and will hopefully be great once I can get the legs secured. The delivery was quick.

I read alot of comments how good JumpSprt was. I still had alot of questions and I would email them and each time they replied back quickly. We got the trampoline and love it. We r in our 70's so we r starting out slow. Seems to be made well.
