Poor poor Quality gloves even worse customer service.
Bought and received nice gloves however after one use on grass the latex cracked and started to flake.
Contacted them on facebook and was given an email address.
Emailed them got no reply. Messaged them on facebook again and was told the guy was off for personal reasons
Emailed again and again no reply.
3 weeks on still no response and the gloves have completely crumbled. There are crumbs of yellow latex all over my car.
Steer clear!!!!

Ordered about 25 pairs of gloves from them over a 2 year span. They're inexpensive, but their quality control is inconsistent. In 4 pairs of gloves, I had to file/smooth down exposed seams so they would stop irritating my (and my goalkeepers') hands. In another pair, there was excess material inside the glove that made it ill-fitting. In my personal set, 2 pairs of the same model ordered at the same time fit differently. They lose grip quickly and aren't very durable (even with near OCD care: pre-wash, cleaning, bag, rotating, etc.).

To top it all off, their customer service is atrocious. They flat out lied to me about an item being on backorder for weeks, refused to exchange the faulty gloves I mentioned above, tried to keep my money for gloves they never sent, and then insulted me via email.

Even though they're cheap, you DON'T get what you pay for. Even without the complete lack of customer service, you have to go through so many pairs of gloves to get through a year, that you're better off buying from a reputable company that will stand by its product and doesn't require you to perform the quality control yourself.

Buyer Beware.

Purchased a pair of Pro Hybrid gloves, almost immediatley the latex began to deteriorate, my son has been in goal for 3 years and has had a variety of gloves in that time and J4K are definatley the worst for latex wear and tear, avoid at all costs, customer service said i could send them back at my own cost for inspection by their glove specialist, did not take them up on that offer. Also posted a review of the glove on their website, however this has never appeared on it, finally commemted on their facebook post and surprise surprise they had the post removed, leave it for you to decide what type of company they are!!!!

Ordered gloves for next day delivery early Monday morning, was told that personalisation delays the delivery by an extra day which was fine. Tuesday arrives only to be told that personalisation delays gloves by up to 72 hours even though the website doesn't mention this at all. I was then told gloves had been shipped next day delivery on Wednesday however still no gloves recieved on Friday and almost impossible to talk to anybody in customer service due to poor response times. The gloves I've got from there are always top class which makes the customer experience side even more disappointing. Wouldn't use this company again sadly.

Buyer beware!I can’t even get the 3 pairs of gloves that I have paid for! I have contacted you through Facebook as well as the email address provided . I’ve communicated several times now and still no answers .Terrible customer service and I’m out a lot of money . The gloves are great but buyer beware!!!!

Ordered a pair of gloves and paid extra for Saturday delivery. Arrived Monday by which time I had had to buy another pair, so they were returned. A month on and still no refund. Emails not replied to. Would never buy from them again due to the hassle spent trying to get my money back.

Shocking customer service.It took me 2 weeks to get an answer regarding buying the gloves.I eventually managed to buy them,now after using them for a total of 10 hours the palms are wearing away and one has ripped.Customer service is impossible.Online chat is always offline,No response on the Facebook page or Messenger even though posts are going up throughout the day and Messenger is showing as online.Also have two or three email addresses and all are unresponsive.Now i have to buy new gloves and i am £40 out of pocket

Ordered/paid for gloves which were never delivered. Nearly impossible to talk to anyone at their office as nobody from Just4Keepers answers the phone or email when contacted. Have requested a refund but still waiting on this. Absolute joke of a company. Will never deal with them again.

Very quick delivery and very good product for the price point.
I would definitely recommend, especially their buy one get one free offer.

Bought from j4k several times with out a problem, this time they sent a keepers top instead of a glove bag, they never answered my emails, so I'm stuck with a top I do not want, I now feel I can't trust them .

Been around over 10 years, and many students have become professional players - that's proof. They have training DVDs on Amazon as well.
