Check the hostel booking first!
There was a mix up with the hostel bookings, although it worked out better for us. If we had stayed at the original place it would have been a 1 star rating as it was DISGUSTING! The places we had events booked at were not quite in a walking distance as we had requested, but they were worth the walk as they were great. Overall we had a very good time.

Thanks for the feedback regarding your weekend in Dublin.
There was no mix up with the hostel booking, after sharing your concerns with us regarding the accommodation we booked you in almost a year ago we made the accommodation aware and they decided to upgrade you upon arrival. I believe the hostel manager also explained that the heating was down in one of the rooms so he made the decision to move you.
We were asked to provide budget accommodation for the group- this hostel in particular we have used on many occasions and have never received such bad feedback on.
We have emailed your party leader Alice to check on the weekend, and she has responded with the fantastic review written above. But if you had your own personal problems with how we handled the booking please feel free to email me at catherine@justbanter.co.uk to see how we can improve our services.
I'm glad to hear you had a good time overall, Dublin is a very big city so it's near enough impossible to make sure all of your activities are in walking distance however we did our best to accommodate.

Stag Party.
The general opinion from the guys was that the stag party that we booked through Banter was ok. Nothing more and nothing less. The ladies that chaperoned us were polite and friendly. Upon booking the experience we were promised dares and games etc.. this was nonexistent.
To summerise, okay. Not more, not less.

Lisbon river cruise and private strip show
Booked a Lisbon river cruise and private strip show for 15 lads, with Catherine at Banter Hen and Stag Weekends. It exceeded expectations and was great from start to finish. The guys on the boat were up for a laugh and made sure we were all having a good time. There was plenty of wine on board, a loud music system and even got to steer the ship for a while. Overall it was a great success, it went down really well with the rest of the lads and was probably the highlight of the trip. Thanks again Catherine!

We knew we wanted to go to Krakow for…
We knew we wanted to go to Krakow for my stag do but didn't really know what there was to do there. Lucy directed us towards one of the shooting packages and it went down a treat. The whole weekend was great and the guides meant we could get in pretty much everywhere.

We had such an amazing time!
The activities were spot on; we all loved them.
The tour guide was fantastic. She took us to the best restaurants and bars. She was always making sure we were okay, she got involved with the banter and even stayed out with us after her shift. ... she even meet us to say bye!

Organised and enjoyable.
Very well organised from what I could see, James still needed to do a lot of sorting out of people and transport. The Saturday evening bar crawl with guides was very enjoyable.

I used banter to plan a whisky tasting…
I used banter to plan a whisky tasting session in Edinburgh as part of a stag weekend and they were great. They were really friendly and always got back to my queries promptly and provided helpful advice. The payment system was easy which was helpful when gathering money from a large group of people and they were very accommodating. Overall they provided great customer service and I'd recommend them to anyone who wants to plan stag activities without any hassle.

Only one star because I can't give this company minus ten. I organised stag for 4th November. Three activities booked with Lucy, none were organised correctly. First activity wrong venue was booked and I was accused of asking for the other but luckily this was done by message so I had the proof. The 2nd and 3rd activity didn't have any bookings for us on the night 14 of us left out in the cold night ruined. 14 guys and staff rolling there eyes at us. Skip to following Monday when I contacted and spoke to manager Catherine on the 6th said they look into it but I should receive a refund by end of the week. 10th November 12:45 asked for a update said they'd back to me back. I had been in correspondence via what's app with Lucy so messeged at 16:15 with zero response even after seeing she had been online 16:29 on what's app after my message was sent. I then called office at 16:40 no one answering phones they close at 17:00. This company embarrassed us all that night and are now dodging me. Honestly this company is to inconsistent to trust such a once in a life event with. Please don't take the risk AVOID!!!

Sorry to hear you had a bad experience with us.
Due to booking the stag do 2 weeks prior to the event, availability on your chosen venue for jedi training was limited. We offered several venues but by the time you booked we only had 2 available- one which was taken by another group booking which left us with one choice. To compensate this we made sure that any cancellations with your group were not chargeable. I understand from the venue and supplier that your group really enjoyed the activity.
However, we fully accept that the lap club entry and night club entry did not go to plan and we are working on getting a full refund back for your group. Unfortunately refunds can take up to 2 weeks to process as we have to investigate what happened with our suppliers too.
We have not been dodging you, as we too have a history of emails, phone calls and Whatsapp messages to show we have been regularly updating you on the situation. Lucy has been working all week with the club and our supplier to get to the bottom of what happened to the evening events.
We have sent you another update this morning to let you know the refund will be with you latest tomorrow.

By far the best trip Stag do I have been on. The team was incredibly friendly and helpful. When we had to change the goal posts on multiple times. They helped to make alterations to the arrangments.
Our rep in location was really friendly and knew all the good places to visit
Why would you organise a trip yourself when these guys deal with all the stress and deliver an outstanding trip. i hope to be booking another trip with you soon

The party bus was 50mins late having …
The party bus was 50mins late having gone to the wrong location and when it did turn up there was no alcohol on it and the bust was dirty. We had to stop and call in at a shop to buy alcohol. The location was clearly written and confirmed on the booking and it most definitely was supposed to have alcohol on board. Very very poor service having taken over £500 for the booking.

Sorry to hear you had a bad experience with our team in Hamburg.
We have spoken to our partners and are in the process of working out exactly went wrong with this booking.
Our party bus supplier in Hamburg does offer alcohol on board but at an extra cost so it would be very helpful to know where you read that alcohol was included so we can look into it. We also sent an email on the 17th May to your party leader explaining that alcohol was not included, but can be purchased at an extra cost.
We will be relaying any information back to your party leader as soon as we have it!
