Paid for a tutor, tutor never messaged me, support link is broken, zoom link is broken. No way of contacting their support for a refund. Complete scam of a site. Many others have complained about the support link not working. It still doesn't work. Any positive review is a paid review. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE
All the replies from this company saying they refunded are a lie. There is no support ticket to be placed, there is no number to call. They have no way of associating my review here with my order. I am not refunded.

Somehow the tutor never responded, the link to join the call was invalid, the money was already paid so I tried contacting the customer support which again the contact link was invalid, the support link is not found.
It’s a scam and I lost my money!

what my experience :This is scam tutor website. Scam the tutor labour, illegally withhold the tutor lesson money , illegally charge fee without the tutor consent and never payout to the tutor after requested so many times.

Update: They replied to my submitted tickets by confirming that there is a minimum for me to withdraw my money (as simple as that). My student subscribed for one more class and I withdrew my money, finally. I am waiting for the deactivation of my account on Justlearn now.
I have worked with Justlearn for some time, but the way they keep changing the rules is not acceptable at all. Tutors are never notified of a single thing in advance. As a tutor, I accepted that I get charged 30% (although it is way more than other platforms). The rule introduced first is that we can withdraw once we reach 30$ in our accounts and the transfer fee is deducted from our money too (we knew about the deduction when we transferred only). I decided I won't be accepting new students and will deactivate my account once I finish teaching the student I have, especially since my student complained a lot about him being unable to pause his subscription when he traveled and that Justlearn informed him he will be losing his paid lessons if he did (no pausing, only cancellation). After I finished teaching him, I tried to withdraw my money, but WOW the rules changed. Now we are allowed to withdraw if we have the minimum amount of 100$ (I have 94.50). I contacted the support that I need to deactivate my account and I need to withdraw my money, but I get the monotonous reply that the minimum is 100$ and I am asked if I want them to deactivate my account for me!!! I submitted another ticket to the support team but I am simply ignored. How is it possible to withdraw my 94.50$ now???? I should be able to get my money before leaving. I contacted the account/person who interviewed me too but no reply too.

I had approx £100 of lessons credit, but needed to take a pause for a couple of months. As such I asked to pause my direct debit.
Just Learn have cancelled my membership and stolen all the money. Their response is to say that it's not their problem.
Be very careful before you interact wth this dodgy company.

I have a huge problem with Justlearn’s business policy. I have 26 lessons left which I want to use later in the year. But I want to cancel my subscription but if I cancel I will lose my 26 lessons. This is not acceptable. I should be able to cancel and finish off my lessons.

I would like to be refunded for not using a service and following instructions. I never intended to use this service and felt I was tricked into signing up just to contact a friend of mine who was a teacher. I have never been a "student" as you referred to me because I never enrolled in any of your classes. It is not my fault that your record keeping must be atrocious as you damn sure keep billing info as you were more than happy to charge me for something I don't need. Saying that you have something free and then charging them is commonly called bait and switch. In my country that is criminal, and you should be ashamed of yourself. It seems it wasn't even a real cancellation of my account until I complained and then did you finally remove my debit card information that I have asked for the entire time so you don't try to charge me for another month.

I requested cancellation of a one-week free trial days prior to the duration ending, because I realized I would not have time for the lessons. However, Justlearn continues to attempt to charge my card for membership daily.
The company founder Philip Rossen continues responding to my inquiry with only one sentence—“Your account has been deleted”—but he refuses to address why they are still attempting to charge me, nor confirm that they will remove my card details.
I was excited to find a JustLearn because they had tutors for a language with not many learning resources available, but I would not recommend them based on this experience.

It was a great experience. I really enjoyed working with justlearn, as it was my first job in Upwork as well as they dealt with me and taught me everything softly, patiently and generously.

I have seen my profile opened at this site and I can not close that because I did not opened it.
I have contacted the support team and they say they have deleted my data but I am still listed there as a teacher.

I really liked working with Elvira for the Just Learn courses. She was really helpful and kind to answer all of my requests and clarify everything I wasn’t sure about. She was also really flexible and available to help me with some details while I was working too. I really recommend them and I would be happy to participate in other projects/tasks asked by them.
