Never sent my order. Never issued a refund. Really would not recommend ordering from here

Appalling customer service. Beautiful dress returned as per instructions, incurring cost to myself to pay for the return. Despite Jywal acknowledging receipt of the return and promising a refund within 21 working days (above average timescale), the refund did not come. Should not be allowed to get away with taking people’s money in this manner. Avoid!

I have recently purchased a dress from Jywal for a special occasion and found their services to be extremely poor. Original dress order was not available 2nd choice was not sent but a similar dress which had a broken zip. The replacement dress was of a lesser value and it took an age to be refunded the difference. When I communicate with Jywal and asked why the above had happened no reply was forthcoming. In summary I would not use Jywal again

Oh dear, wish I'd read the reviews on here before ordering! I ordered a dress and had to return it (the quality of the workmanship was excellent by the way and the beading was beautiful, but the dress was too big). I returned it and the company acknowledged receipt of the return with a message to say that the refund could take up to 21 working days. That seemed excessive to me, but I had no choice but to go with it. When the refund didn't come through, I chased them up and it eventually appeared in my account 2 whole months after they received the return! I would never order from them again, despite the dresses being beautifully deigned and made. Such a shame.

I bought a dress for £165 which I wished to return so I did. Then I found out that they didn’t refund the money and claimed they sent it.

For over 2 months I tried getting my money back and contacting them, but they would be adamant that they sent the money regardless of what proof I sent them.

They did not respond to messages, calls or emails and the few times they did, they did nothing of use to help.

When I sent the dress back, they told me they received the dress and still didn’t issue a refund even though the dress was in the same condition and packaging it arrived in.

So not only did they keep the dress, but even the £165 I spent in the first place.

If there is one takeaway from this you should take, IS TO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE, and to spend your money elsewhere.

Dress ordered was of terrible quality and faulty. Returned during the timeframe but did not receive a refund or response from the company. Luckily my bank gave me a charge back. Don’t waste your time with this company.

This website is a scam, you don’t receive your items with no explanation. Avoid avoid avoid

I bought a dress and it never arrived it cost me over £200 .....emailed them several times over many months and they never replied and no refund ...buy from here at your peril

Ordered a dress three months ago, did never arrived, e-mails get ignored, no refund. SCAM! Beware! I lost about 200 bucks.

I bought a dress from this company Jywal on11/07/24 which didn’t suit as it was enormously long so returned it. I tracked it as hadn’t heard from the company so got in touch. I did hear back from the company saying they had received the dress and would refund me in 10-14 days. This has not happened! I spent £245 on dress plus cost of returning the dress by special delivery which I chose to do. I am not happy with this as you can imagine.

I ordered a dress online many months ago. I have not received the order, nor have I received a refund. I have emailed the company many times and I have only had a reply to say someone will contact me but they never have. I have tried calling the number given online but there is no answer. Please do not order from here.

I ordered a dress on 25 September 2024. It is now 23 October and the dress still hasn't arrived. The tracking status shows that Royal Mail are still waiting for the package. I've been in touch with Jywal customer support on several occasions but am yet to receive a refund. They also haven't replied to my last two emails. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
