Pleasant, aimable and professional installation of AEG washer dryer today by Joe & Jamie. They took their time and did it right.

I have no complaints and can reccomend Kaboodle on the back of our interaction today

Initially kept me updated on their arrival time. Once arrived the installers had no complaints taking my item up three floors with no lift. They worked quickly and efficiently and tidied up afterwards.

Sean and Allan were polite, knowledgeable, efficient, clean and helpful.

Kept us up to date with when and how delivery was going. Phoned on the day nice and early so we knew where we were. The chaps, Joe and Jamie, were polite, friendly and efficient, and made sure they left everything clean and tidy.

Joe and Jamie were excellent, polite, careful and thoughtful. They were very through and checked everything was working and cooker lwvel. They cleared up well, no debri left. A great experience.

Brad and Brook came to install a new oven and hob this morning. Although the installation was slightly complicated in that a gas pipe had to be moved, they displayed a cheerful ‘can do’ attitude and the job was sorted without fuss. The job was performed neatly and on time with all waste material taken away. It was a pleasure to have them installing the items today.

A very large range cooker was delivered and installed by Jason and Lewis. All went smoothly and quickly. Great service!

Will & Rob delivered our Smeg fridge freezer in Plymouth area and returned one which was damaged so had to do 2 jobs in one .
Very friendly team who went above and beyond, turned up on time, were very courteous and delivered our new fridge freezer with expertise and care making sure they had all the tools to make it a smooth faultless delivery . It was not an easy job for them because of the weight and size so we were extremely grateful and would like to say we recommend them . If you are lucky enough to get a delivery by them I’m sure you too would be happy to, thank you again guys 😁

Rob was first class in installing new machine and discovering that the main problem was the connection to the inlet valve for the water supply. This had been overlooked on 3 previous visits by Miele engineers who were unable find the fault.

I called Kaboodle after AEG gave me their number to check on an installation, as Arrow XL had only confirmed delivery. The man who answered was extremely rude from the moment I explained why I was calling. As soon as he realised Kaboodle weren’t handling my installation, he abruptly cut me off mid-sentence and ended the call.

I was only trying to make a polite enquiry, and there was absolutely no need for that kind of attitude. Completely unacceptable and very unprofessional behaviour.

Joe & Jamie arrived promptly & were lovely & cheery. They fitted the new cooker quickly & took away the old one with no fuss. Great job! We were delighted!

Will and Rob were great, professional, friendly and competent. They called 1 hour before arriving, arrived on time and did a great job. They cleaned up and took all packaging etc away, along with the old appliance. I highly recommend this service and would definitely use them again.

My first appointment was for 18 Nov and as I was concerned this was a few weeks away you offered to call me if you had a cancellation....and you did and offered me 5 Nov which I really appreciated.

The installers did a great job fitting our integrated washing machine and making sure that the door aligned correctly. We had to run our vacuum cleaner right after because the kitchen floor was dirty, but not an issue for us.

Thanks to Joe and Jamie’s professionalism, arrival ahead of schedule and remarkably cheery deposition so early in the morning, fabulous delivery and installation experience.
