Cancel request no response for refund

I just placed an order 4/15/26 and wanted to cancel. I have tried to use the WhatsApp number no answer, I tried the WhatsApp messaging no response, I emailed both customer support and a number that stated it was a New Jersey number and left a message no answer. It says you can cancel within 24-48 hours for a full refund. But no one is communicating. I won’t do business again with this company because someone should be available, with all the scams going on in the world. The last thing anyone wants is to feel like someone got a hold of their money and they changed their mind and now there is nothing that can be done about it.

Great quality and customer service

The staff was very attentive to my questions
The order arrived to the US in 10 days. The fabric is great, washed well without shrinking or fading and feels comfortable. The embroidery and finishing touches are nice. The cut and fit are elegant. The clothes are really beautiful and I feel great in them

My first time shopping on Karmaplace, I had a good experience! I ordered a custom Lehenga dress which came on time and was just perfect! The customer service was helpful and guided me for the correct measurements. Very thankful!

Worst Customer service

Worst Customer service. I tried contacting them to cancel my order the day I placed my order. Nobody answered my call.Once the item got delivered, I contacted them again and then they contacted me saying they cannot give me full refund, instead they offered me store credit which I didn't want

Worst experience.
Never place any orders with this company. Not heard about my shipping and date of delivery.
It's past a week I wanted for this Saturday's party. Items still not arrived. Email states product on its way...we are preparing your shipping.

Good website for Indian Ethnic Clothes in the USA. They have a variety of Women's Kurtis, salwar kameez, Lehenga choli, Kid's Wear, and menswear. I always purchase ethnic clothes from their e-commerce store only.

The necklace had broken pieces with…

The necklace had broken pieces with small pearls attachments and a big pearl that HD come out. The mangtika was missing a kundan and the kundan was not even in the packet so that I could have tried to fix it. Have emailed support and waiting for a response.

Apparently my email to your support email address is not reaching and is stuck on uploading though I have made several attempts and there is nothing wrong on my email account as other emails are going as expected. So I am adding order number here. My order #13026840

They sent the wrong size

They sent the wrong size. I ordered a size 40 and they sent a 38. I attempted to email but the email was rejected. Then finally got ahold and they refused to take my return. I am now out my money. Horrific experience. Do not shop from here.

We have found a work around by using an alternate address and the label has been sent to you. We have a transparent policy for returns and have no issues with exchanges as mentioned on our website. Incorrect fabric

I had a great experience with this shop! My saris came very quickly and were very beautiful. The one issue I had was it stated it was going to be a certain type of fabric and the sari is cotton, a bit disappointed by that but for the price I guess it’s what it is.

Products OK, customer service not so much

The sizes sent were incorrect on one item and no attempt was honored to rectify the mistake. I'll never order from here again. Quality of the items I purchase were fine, but at that price point, I'd expect assurance that you receive the correct size.

20% off coupon which never worked

I got an email for 20% off coupon which did not work. After emailing several times finally i got an email apologizing for the error. Then I tried but still the coupon code did not work. I didn't want to wait as I wanted to place an order i went ahead and placed an order. After I got the shipments there was a wrong color, damaged etc. I waited for the shipping label and waited for again a week with no response. After calling the customer service someone helped me right away. the three starts for the lady who helped me right away over the phone otherwise no one checks the email.
