Avoid!!
Avoid!!! If you want to get your car back with extra broken parts that they broke and then tried to hide it.
My car went in for body work, alloy repair. My car came back and the body work was excellent however they broke the tyre pressure monitor in the tyre that they repaired.
They tried to hide this by resetting the tyre pressures on the car to turn off the light on the dashboard.
I refused to accept after I checked this and then they had to pick the car back up from enterprise to fix this.
This is unacceptable. Avoid if you want everything to work when you get your car back.
I'll never trust these again with my car.
Now they are claiming they "have not touched the tyre in any way" to my insurance company.
My big question for you "HOW DID YOU REPAIR THE ALLOY WHILST THE TYRE WAS STILL FITTED TO THE CAR? " also "HOW DID YOU REPLACE THE TYRE PRESSURE MONITORING SYSTEM THAT IS PLACE BETWEEN THE ALLOY AND TYRE WITHOUT TAKING THE TYRE OFF THE ALLOY? "

Thorough
Very thorough on checking and completing my repair. They checked lights, door closure as well as the body work. There were a few delays waiting for parts but it is better to have waited and got the job done properly

Took car to KC Autos in Winsford with minor surface scratch the full length of the car from a twig sticking out from a hedge. Paul assisted us and was really helpful. Used KC Autos previously for more serious issues. Always great service.
