Telephoned this sham of a company,2/10/25. For a quote for plastic wood. To make a garden gate/ door. (Approximate cost between 3 & 4 hundred pounds) gave the woman my requirements and dimensions, she promised to email the pice to me. After not hearing anything, I emailed PM 3/10/25. To enquire about the quote, had a return email to say that they would get back to me. Still waiting? How do they do business, if they can’t even respond to customers? AVOID, idiots!

Plastic lumbar of assorted sizes, delivered promptly by a very helpful delivery agent. Perfect for external use in exposed conditions.

Ordered plastic lumber the quality is excellent very happy. Delivery was also very quick, ordered on the sunday, it arrived at my door wednesday. will be using again.

Fine product (I now have 4 raised beds) but the first one received was the incorrect size. When the right dimension was delivered the driver was unable to take the wrong one away despite it being carefully wrapped and labelled as he had not received the instructions to do so. This meant another visit - all rather cumbersome.

First order great. Second order not good. It has now been sorted after a phone call, several emails and a wasted day off. Mistakes happen, it's a sign of a good company how quickly they are sorted. I may place a third order hopefully better next time

I had 4 separate orders. The last one did not arrive. I was so busy, I did not follow this up for about 6 weeks. Kedel did a thorough check and found it had not left. They sent it straight away and apologised.
That is great service.

Received a message to say my order of plastic wood was ready to collect, within days, not 3- 5 weeks it days on the website. I guess for most raw material orders that would be the case, plenty of stock in the yard. However they didnt have the colour I'd actually ordered but the very friendly lads in the yard sorted me out with an alternative, the project is complete and I'm happy with the product!

We ordered 2 benches for our orchard. The ordering process was straightforward and a confirmation email was received straight away. A delivery date was given and the benches arrived on time. They were well made.

We have used this companies products for our golf course markers. They will avoid having to continually replace the wooden pegs every few years.
