The glass arrived in plenty of time, it was actually next day. The quality of the glass is great and the packaging is very smart. The customer service is excellent and I would highly recommend Keep it Personal.

What an absolutely beautiful pint glass for my grandsons 18th birthday, the gift wrapping is amazing, very professional. Engraving is gorgeous, will definitely use this company again. Would give it 6 stars if I could.

I ordered a photo frame engraved yesterday, and had next day delivery. DPD then said they had tried to deliver (when they hadn't) I spoke to Nathan at keep it personal and he was on it straight away. Within 15 mins the frame was delivered - he was amazing, kind and understood that I needed the frame for this evening.
The frame and engraving itself are fantastic and the amazing customer service to top it off, I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who wants quality products with amazing customer service to match!
