I orderd an exquisite form bra on 12 July, message stated it had been dispatched.
The next message I received said undeliverable, on its way back to seller.
I went through Amazon, I tried getting a refund from them, but they stated I needed to contact the seller, but how do I do that
No way of contacting them.
Would not buy through Kelkoo for any other

Hi,
We're sorry to hear about your experience.
From what you've described, it sounds like the issue relates to the delivery and customer support provided by the retailer rather than Kelkoo itself. Kelkoo is a price comparison service that helps users find offers, but we don't process orders, handle payments, or manage deliveries.
That said, we'd be happy to help point you in the right direction. If you could reply with the name of the retailer or share your order details, we'll do our best to help you identify the correct contact and assist where we can.
We appreciate your feedback and hope we can help resolve the situation.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
We're sorry to hear about your concerns. Kelkoo is a price comparison platform that helps users discover offers from a wide range of retailers, but we do not sell products directly or process orders.
We take reports like yours seriously. If you could share the name of the retailer or a link to the offer you found through Kelkoo, we will investigate it with our compliance team. If the merchant is found to be in breach of our policies, we will take appropriate action. From a first look, it seems we don't work with this brand so we need some clarifications.
Our goal is to provide a safe and trustworthy shopping experience, and feedback like yours helps us improve.

Hoi,

Hello, thank you for your message and for bringing this to our attention. We’re sorry for the confusion caused by the advertising. We rely on the information provided by the retailers, but sometimes stock updates aren’t reflected in real time. It’s great to hear the books will be available on Amazon UK soon, and we appreciate your patience.

memory bear pattern…
I ordered a Kelkoo memory bear pattern on the 19th October through Amazon. It was dispatched the next day on the 20th but appears it’s gone no further than that. I was given a delivery date of between the 27th October and the 7th November but it has never been delivered. Can you please confirm when my package will be delivered. Thank you.

Hola,

Not what I ordered
Thompson and Morgan Tomato seeds. 7 for £3.49 (Amazon) or 10 for £3.99 (Kelkoo)? Opted for the latter. Received 7 seeds for £3.99. It seems T&M don't make a pack of 10 seeds. Only 50p but feels like someone is telling porkies.

Dear Susan,
Thank you for reaching out. As a price comparison platform, we don’t directly handle or fulfill product orders. I recommend reaching out directly to the merchant or seller from whom you purchased the bouquet on Amazon. They will be best positioned to assist you with obtaining the correct instructions.

Suspicious but wrong
I became suspicious, but I was wrong. I made an order from kelkoo via amazon. Told delivery following day. When I checked amazon for tracking info the following day, there was no record of an order. So I was very suspicious. However the day after it was due, my delivery arrived. Therefore Order communication should be improved.

Hi Barbara,
Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad to hear that your delivery arrived and that you found the product you wanted using Kelkoo.
To clarify, Kelkoo is a price comparison service that helps users like you find the best deals from various retailers, including Amazon. However, the order process and communication after you’re redirected to the retailer’s site are managed by them directly. Kelkoo does not sell anything.
We’re pleased that we played a part in helping you discover the product, so probably we deserved a 5 stars!
Thanks again for sharing your thoughts!
Best regards,

POOR VALUE.. I have just bought a pair of chair back…
I have just bought a pair of chair back covers. They do the job but look home made by a child with an old sewing machine. They were £26 for 2 , ridiculously over priced. Need chair arm cuffs but will look elsewhere
Apparently kekoo were selling the product on behalf of another company through amazon. They should check the value of what they sell as it reflects upon them

Kelkoo hosts Scam vendors and does nothing
Used Kelkoo to buy a product from Shop-Globe. Money taken but weeks later no product. Approached Kelkoo to explain they were listing a Scam company but no response or support.
I would advise not to use them as there is no security/checks for vendors
