Used Kerseys for conveyancing. At times it felt that there was very little communication. It's all very well saying we'll notify you when there's anything to say but occasional updates in between are useful but this was not forthcoming.Overall an average rating covers it. Legal work appears to have been done satisfactorily but customer service is not a priority

This high standard, timely and stress free service continued throughout to the date of completion. Brian was knowledgable and professional but equally always calm friendly and approachable through what could have been a very stressful time due to moving home during a pandemic! Would highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to use again for other or similar services if and when needed.

I first spoke to kersey Ipswich September 2019 - They were fast arranging a consultation (£180.00) but since the payment its been awful.

After the consultation they came up with a plan (November 2019) and we agreed the arranged. I didn't hear any communication until August 2020 - the plan (from November 2019) wasn't even started and I then gave permission to proceed. I had to chase again in October 2020 and my last communication from kersey 30th October 2020 said they would be arranging the paperwork for next week. I sent them an email in November saying thank you, then a chase email January 2021, (with no reply) and now another 2 further email February 2020. I have used the Ipswich email and the staff member. They have wasted 16months and I wish had never contacted them!

We decided to use Kerseys for both the sale of our old house and purchase of the new one as I had used them when buying the old house over 20 years ago.
It was a good decision as our solicitor, Edward Thomson, was always available to answer our questions and explain the technicalities and generally filled us with confidence that our interests were being taken care of.
The price quoted for both sale and purchase was very competitive and was the price we paid at the end of the process.
Compared to (our knowledge of the experience of) the other people in our chain, we feel we received a superior service.
