I will start with your website. Really easy to navigate through. I purchased the adjustable kettlebell 32 keg nice piece of equipment. Definitely quality quality made with quality materials.

Kettlebell showed up damaged from manufacturing not from shipping but was still sent out. Bad quality control. Save your money and buy from another brand who will likely be cheaper anyways.

A huge fan of Kettlebell Kings and their products but my last one arrived with scuffs around the powder coating on the handle. Doesn’t affect the functionality of the product but when you’re paying top dollar…

Absolutely worst customer service I’ve ever seen from a company. It’s non existent. I had a damaged kettlebell, requested a return, haven’t heard anything for 3 weeks. Had another kettlebell arrive that was the wrong size and model. I ordered a 32 kg powder coated, I received a 40 kg cerakote. Requested to return it, and haven’t heard anything for 2 weeks.

Kettlebell quality is great, just pray they dont screw up your order because they will not fix it.

The packaging and coating on the kettlebell was poor and it’s missing the two adjustable wrenches that is shown and advertised to come with the kettlebell.

My order was delivered with the box open and with the limited edition kettlebell uncushioned so that it was unprotected and rolling around during transportation. As a result of this, the kettlebell arrived damaged. I contacted customer service and provided pictures, but they have yet to respond to me and resolve the problem. This is especially disappointing because I’m a repeat customer and have never had this problem with my purchases. This is the kind of experience that would cause me to look elsewhere for my kettlebells and recommend that other customers do the same.

Best KBs on the market but they are chronically out of stock. I have had multiple orders cancelled on my after getting confirmation my order was received.

Honestly I appreciate the value, the offers of promotions, communication, quick delivery, and just quality of kettlebells. I was like a kid on Christmas morning can’t wait for next pair. I just want to say to Mark and everyone at kettlebell kings I appreciate all you do. To quote Lee Haney “your health is your wealth” this is a great investment in product and self development

I received my kettlebells damaged I wrote an email to the company about it and was told to send pictures and someone would get back to me that was Thursday here we are on Sunday and the only response I got from the company was to take this survey but noting about my damaged kettlebells.

This requires some explanation. When I actually get the bell, I'm sure I will absolutely be stoked with it. BUT, I don't have it yet. The reason is because it was delivered to the wrong address. Yes, initially, that was due to my mistake, i.e., I erroneously listed my shipping address as the same as my billing address. But I literally caught that seconds after confirming the order and immediately emailed the support address to explain and request the shipping address for the bell be revised. Well, I never got a response of any kind and still haven't.

The delivery was fast but unfortunately the quality of the delivery was terrible.
There’s no instruction for the method of delivery and since I have gates, they throw the heavy package to the other side of the gate causing a damage to my items.
Very very frustrating to have have a poor delivery service. Something that the company should value and take care of in order to prevent the customer from buying it from somewhere else.
Definitely my last purchase.

Ik heb een kettlebell van €160 besteld. Deze werd wel verzonden, maar is voor onbekende reden vanuit het sorteercentrum teruggestuurd naar Kettlebell Kings. Ik heb geprobeerd contact op te nemen via e-mail en het contactformulier, maar heb geen reactie ontvangen. Ook is het geld nog niet teruggestort.

Super quick delivery, well packaged, and solid kettlebell!

I purchased two kettlebells. Only one showed up. I contacted FedEx and they informed me that the sellers needed a second tracking number for two kettlebells even though my order confirmation only showed one tracking number for both kettlebells.

KB Kings customer service was genuinely interested in helping accommodate my request. The kettlebells are great. Amazing quality and extremely durable. Definitely recommend them.

I recently purchased two kettlebells from Kettlebell Kings. They both arrived within 5 days from when I placed the order. One has a minor scuff mark on the bottom. Other than that they came in mint condition. To me the grip is perfect on these kettlebells. It's not too rough and not slick at all. I'll be purchasing from Kettlebell Kings in the future.

Speed in which order filled and delivered. Quality of bell. Accurate weight. Kettlebell Kings is a top notch company! Never have I received such excellent service from a company.
