They substitute poor quality products for the one you thought you were buying.
If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I
found a quality denture replacement on Kevrian made by Rosopl. I researched the manufacturer and found it to be of high integrity and their product looked perfect for my needs.
I placed the order with Kevrian, received an email confirmation that included a picture of the Rosopl package and felt good about my purchase.
When the package arrived it was not the Rosopl product that I was looking forward to, but a knock-off called Rosop. The instructions on the phony replacement clearly stated 'not for chewing or eating'.
I sent a complaint to Kevrian and they offered a 60% refund, and that I coul keep the useless garbage they sent. No, I said, I want the Rosopl product, not Rosop.
They then offered an 80% refund, but wanted me to return their garbage at my expense. No, no, no, I will not pay to return this nor will I accept anything less than a full refund.
They relented, said they would send a full refund to the account I used to pay them. That was June 7. It is now June 19 and still no refund.
The lack of quality in their phony product is matched by their empty customer service promise.
DO NOT BUY FROM KEVRIAN!
