I bought cinema tickets with kids pass…

I bought cinema tickets with kids pass and the codes were not valid to use it on my order with reel cinema. Therefore I had to buy normal tickets.

The vouchers I have expire in 6 months. If I can’t use it next time I go to the cinema, I’ll be very upset and cancel my subscription.

Reel Cinema Voucher Codes Borehamwood

Ordered some voucher codes for the cinema which were emailed through. When I tried to then use the codes to book the tickets they weren’t recognised! Reel cinema in Borehamwood attempted to put them through for us but warned that they might not go through if I’ve already tried. They did put them through luckily but quite stressful having already paid out and kids expecting to go to cinema but not guaranteed if they could.

Poor Customer Setvice

I took subscription around 5 April 2026
Unfortunately didn’t really get to use this so decided to cancel on 5 May 2026. As I was cancelling it gave me the option to have an extended trial for 3 months at 0.99.
In good faith I thought okay let’s try this. Unfortunately the screen froze and I couldn’t move forward. Don’t know what happened so I closed the page.
I tried again and the same thing happened.
So I left this and thought to try in the morning.
Next day I noticed it had renewed at 3.99
So I decided to send an email to the enquiries email address found on the website.
The email came back as undelivered.
I resent this message again.
Tonight I received a reply from Chloe stating ‘ We have reviewed your account and can confirm that no cancellation was made prior to your renewal date’ the refund was refused.
This is so unfair as there were issues within their own system.
I am so disappointed. It’s only £3.99. Can’t believe a company wouldn’t trust me and basically call me a liar for a mere £3.99
I genuinely was going to trial at 0.99 but the screen froze and this is not my fault

Please beware of this company as they have poor customer service and don’t believe their customers

Really sad.

Odeon Tickets Not Working

Paid for five Odeon tickets for my child's birthday and the codes are not working when attempting to make the booking.

As seats were limited, I booked it via the standard ticket instead and raised the issue with the Kids Pass support team.

Given the circumstances, I was informed a refund would not be issued, although the issue isn't a fault on my side. I was told to use the tickets for a future booking, but seeing as they were bought for a birthday party, I do not intend to use them ever again.

I would not recommend using Kids Pass as it's clear they are unhelpful, especially when the issue isn't on the customer's end.

UPDATE 11/05:

After further contact, Kids Pass confirmed the tickets were only valid for “standard screenings” and excluded the event I had booked for. This restriction was not made clearly apparent at the point of purchase.

They have refused a refund, and I have now escalated the matter through my payment provider as a chargeback due to the product not being usable for the intended purpose. Would not recommend, cancelled my pass and will not use again!
