Our products are manufactured according to our strict ethics code "Only the best or nothing" at our production operations in India and China, which are Oeko-Tex® Standard 100 certified. This is an independent certification system for textile raw materials, intermediate and end products at all stages of production. Our operations in India and China are also BSCI (Business Social Compliance Initiative) compliant, which is a non-profit organisation dedicated to the improvement of working conditions in the supply chain with our factory audited against the BSCI base code. Operations are also Sedex certified (Supplier Ethical Data Exchange) which is a not-for-profit membership organisation for businesses committed to the continuous improvement of ethical performance within their supply chains. Always a good experience 🌟
I have been ordering from KWC for a few years now and I have never had any problems. The products are good quality and reasonably priced, orders are always dispatched within a few days (usually quicker) and have always been delivered on time. I placed an order for my Daughter not knowing she also placed the same order, I contacted Customer Service who got back to me in a couple of hours and cancelled the order and refunded me straight away. It was good to see that they were just as efficient and helpful when things weren’t straight forward!

This is the first time I have used KWC…
I have to say I am very impressed.
I needed to contact the company to check on a order, as I couldn't find a tracking number, which I needed to track my order through Royal Mail. i sent an email and it was answered very promptly and gave me the information I needed.
My order arrived well packaged and exactly what I ordered. The quality of the products are second to known.
I will certainly be ordering from KWC again and recommend them 100%

They are efficient in shipping but…
They are efficient in shipping! But I had to discontinue the sweatshirts and lost quite a bit of money. They are way too small with little to no stretch and have had nothing but problems with them, stitching coming undone :(
