TOTAL SCAM do not buy. I bought one bottle only, which they turned into a subscription. They keep trying to charge my card. I have sent over 10 emails saying stop and cancel and do not send any more product, but they don't seem to understand plain English.

After contacting my bank to cancell a subscription that I had no idea I signed up for ?????? They somehow managed to take it for a third time. I now have to cancel my card which is such hassle for my business. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM KINDLED without reading between the lines, if its even there🛑🫷🫷🛑🫷🛑

This company is a scam!!! They will keep sending u product, charge you.. and not respond to you trying to cancel.

This company did not clarify upfront that when you ordered their special pricing it was connected to a subscription. A month later my credit card was changed with no warning. Would not recommend! Watch out for their scam!

Total scam. I got sucked in through the endorsement and am embarrassed I did now.
They immediately renewed my $100 subscription even though I did not sign up for it. Sent numerous emails and no one responded, ever.

WORST! Trash product. Absolute scam. And they have the nerve to try and invoice me after I cancelled my subscription expecting me to pay some kind of difference. I NEVER wanted a subscription in the first place. I wanted to ship the second bottle back and they told me to keep it and they would refund me 20%. That never happened. Instead they are trying to invoice me and not cancel my subscription., Absolute FRAUD!

I was sucked in by the AI Barbara O'Neill "endorsement" and as soon as I received the product, I looked to see where the product was manufactured, as I believe that all products ( supplements) need to meet appropriate labelling requirements. NO WHERE on the label does it give the company location or country of origin. I suspected it was coming from China because it takes 3 weeks to receive it. Also, upon looking at the Shopify website, ( which you can find in the receipt they send to your email, by clicking on "view your order" ) the return policy does state that the product has to be returned to their "designated return facility in China." As I was trying to return the first 3 bottles, I was notified that a second shipment was on its way. I immediately asked them to cancel my order - but they still proceeded to charge me and ship it. I have sent several emails asking them for the instructions on how to return the product and have asked on multiple occasions for the "subscription" ( that I never signed up for) to stop. I think the only way to stop the charges will be to cancel my credit/ debit card.

Kindled refused to refund my product despite promising to do so in their ad. They offered me 20% refund instead which I refused. They are an unethical company. I did not even open the product. They have now stopped responding to my emails. I am out 200.00.
This was for the Thyroid support product.

WARNING ⛔️ This company illegally grabbed my credit card while viewing on IG. I tried for three months to cancel / stop the shipments. Only to realize the cc it grabbed was an Apple Card I was unaware of. The product is made in CHINA‼️

The product is loaded with sugar. They put me on subscription without asking me and took money without my authorisation. This is a scam.

Terrible scam! Not transparent about subscriptions or how to cancel and tried to charge me more for trying to cancel! DO NOT BUY!

I had continual headaches with this product. I realized that it was probably the ashuganda as it can have that side effect. I contacted the company with no response. It wasn't until my third email and second billing that I finally got a response that said that were invoicing $97 more dollars because I didn't fulfill the subscription policy. I was billed twice! 2 shipments is all that you have to have for that and I was also still within the 30 day refund policy. After I responded to the email clarifying their policy I was met with the Official $97.98 invoice and no second shipment received AND already billed for 2 shipments at $69.99 each. This company has no phone number. Let that be your warning sign. Lack of customer service and they steal your money right out from under you. I suggest finding a better source for a healthy thyroid answer.

Very disappointed, I bought this thinking I am buying herbs. But it came as a sweetness something that I’m sure has no health benefits. They have been trying to take money from my account for my subscription which I’ve been trying to cancel now they are saying I owe them money before Inca cancel. Even within the 30 day money back guarantee phase

They use videos of Barbara O’Neill giving you the impression that she has endorsed their products.

Took my money as a subscription and this was contested via the email provided but after several emails from me, no one got back to me. I had to change my bank card and my money was not re-imbursed. The product is sticky and cheap in a the bottle that does not open due to the stickiness (sickly sweet). No improvement. Do not purchase- the company is a scam.

And here we are in February and they are still billing me DO NOT order fro.this company!!! Placed order in November... received in December. They shipped again in December. I sent multiple messages to not ship again...they never responded and. Billed my card a second time. No response at all from company to my numerous request to STOP shipping. Had to get credit card to stop payment

Keep taking money and no subscription made!

Not sure if this is the correct site, but I ordered a bottle of thyroid support in November still waiting for it to turn up, said I have a subscription which I did not sign up for. I keep getting emails saying subscription failed.
