If it could be no stars it would, DO NOT USE THEM.

I have been and in continuing to have issues with them in regards to some deinstall/reinstalls I had on my business vehicles. Several times there original contractor let plus down or divulged other customers details to us! My account manager at the time told me they would not charge for the de/re and finally got another reputable contractor to complete after 3 months of waiting which stopped me selling the old vehicles. They then proceeded to attempt to charge me at which point I cancelled the DD and raised a complaint, this then took nearly 5 months to get a satisfactory resolution partly because my account manager had left and changed twice in a matter of weeks and they told me they had no record of the offer and suggested I was a liar! - good job I did have evidence in an email, they promised a credit which took weeks to be applied and were sending me threatening letters and have been applying DD return charges all for an issue caused by their own incompetence. They credited me and I reset up the DD and had my account back in order when they have with two weeks of setting the DD back up attempted to take the invoice amount for the DE/RE out again.

Support staff are rude, unhelpful and unprofessional, the CRM system they use must be the back of a cigarette packet because everyone you contact them there is no record of previous contact and you have to go over the same thing over and over again

I have come to the end of my teacher and have told them I will remove the devices and charge them for that service along with storage, the service I have received has been awful, wasted huge amounts of my precious time dealing with this and not running my business

Remember they can not penalise you for contract termination if they have frustrated the contract with inadequate service levers, if they threaten to charge you anything tel them it is unlawful and would not stand in a court of law

Absolutely shocking service

Absolutely shocking service, all over you when they want your business! Unfortunately they bought out the previous supplier, and have forged 24 months contracts. Warned numerous times there service was awful, and that I'd be leaving. Last straw was waiting 2 months for latest tracker to be fitted, I left, and now they are harassing me for the so-called outstanding invoices.

Can't wait to get away from this company Shocking customer service we have 13 vans with dashcams and trackers and fuel cards they don't care about you one bit once you sign a contract ive too many complaints to list hete one of them were waiting since January to get two extra dashcams and trackers the ppl they get to do installations are pigs they've made out that we have the dashcams even tho there live in vans still that were sold which the installer should have taking out of them on the day he arrived and put into our newer vans but didn't said he didn't have the time and told Kinesis he did the job are their still accusing us that we have the trackers and dascam even tho there in the older vans we no longer own that we held sitting in a garage for 2 months waiting on them in the first place

Never use this Company, they will take your money and forget about you and their responsobility to you.

Please do not deal with this company everer!
If you need to know ask me and will tell you all about it.
One thing I will tell you!!
They instaled the dash cam on all my trucks and about 1 year and 5 months one truck stopped and later MAN discovered that where they have installed all equpment the water got in and killed truck's ECU which I had to wait for 3 months due to a shortage of it and pay £3000 for it from my pocket. They did not take responsobility for it. I have they email from them saying the company who they used to do the work said the year gone and they will do nothing.

There are plenty more!
Please find some one else!

Tracker worked okay

Tracker worked okay, as our van was stolen and we just drove up to where it showed on the map, and drove it back to ours. Thieves must have wondered where the hell their stolen truck had gone. 🙄

Dashcams don’t work though, which is a pain! 🤦‍♀️ Hence my 3 stars ⭐️

Avoid this company at all costs do not…

Avoid this company at all costs do not waste your hard earned money and more importantly your time. The systems don’t work. They can’t coordinate their installs you’ll be waiting months before you got any installs never to mention the lost time and money, when your vans sit around, waiting for them to send the wrong equipment, and if you’re lucky enough to get an installer to turn up, they won’t even have the right equipment. The staff don’t respond and leave every other week without informing you or leaving you with any kind of hand over or a new point of contact. Also, if you read the bad reviews, they are all the same which is a true reflection of this company. The good reviews will just be their staff and people they know trying to hide the truth of what a shambles this company really is!!

Terrible cameras, even worse customer service

ive had the kinesis tracker for 3 years no, no thrills but enough for me. Then i decided to take out the camera contract, which id of been better off sticking with the nextbase i own already. Doesnt pick up events, harsh braking, harsh cornering etc etc. it picks up start up and switch off ONLY. i tried to cancel, only to be told that i had to pay the contract in full. no chance.

fuel card i requested to cancel after a 6p surcharge was introduced for supermarket use. still waiting on that 3 weeks later.

Will be seeking advice and pursuing cancellation as the service is awful across the board.

At the time of buying the tracking…

At the time of buying the tracking system I was told installation is free but after few months they charged £100 which included installation & no show up charge. Call them and they added credit but again next month the same amount on invoice.

Kinesis & Radius are not compatible don't believe a word they say

I have trackers and cctv and fuel cards all provided by Radius Telematics. UK Fuels works great. The trackers and the cameras are not compatible as i was told by the sales team. so don't believe that Radius Telematics are not compatible with Kinesis Pro Fleet CCTV. I have a Skoda (1 of 10 vehicles in my fleet) the camera displays a black screen, the tracker resets every second. 3 new cameras and trackers were ordered and contracts signed on 22 February 23, they were attempted to fit on 21 March. Not all the trackers worked, or CCTV worked, one camera took 3 days to complete the setup remotely. The faulty CCTV & Tracker remain faulty the faulty 2 channel camera has had replacement equipment sent twice, both times they sent single channel cameras. I have now lost all trust and confidence in the firm(s) the trackers and cameras (uninstalled) have been invoiced, Lakeisha Barnes assured me that I would not be charged this invoice, low and behold it left my account on 29/3/23. I have a multitude of un-responded emails, and recorded calls of absent promises. I am waiting for all equipment to be removed and contracts voided, as they are in breach of 5 out of 8 contracts. not carrying out assured works etc. If you have the pleasure of being offered contracts from Michael Jones, Dillon Garner, Ross Burkinshaw, think long and hard, you two may end up with equipment that doesn't work properly, isn't compatible.

Kinesis Fleet - Dont Use

We have used Kinesis Fleet for tracking our ten vehicles for about six years. In general the system worked well, but when it goes wrong don't expect any satisfaction from them. One of our vehicles was showing up in South Africa, and other information from other vehicles was hugely incorrect. After months of trying to get this sorted I finally gave up and cancelled the account. They now think I should still pay, even though they breached the contract. Yesterday they sent a text saying the account was gone for debt collection. Not surprisingly, the phone number supplied does not connect, as 1890 number no longer work. Customer Service is not their strong point. This is a shame, as the product could be so good.
