Kinetica Sports Avis 

I received my free samples which where bannana protein drink, berry and apple energy carb saches, banoffee protein powder sache and recovery.
The bannana protein drink was really nice and the banoffee protein powder was excellent in taste definitly recommend as something different. The energy carbs didnt taste the nicest but where alright. Recovery is bullet proof great for after training does what it says on the pack and nice tasting.

They just make great, easy to use products and results are achieved very quickly!

I have recently been buying Kinetica products for the past 2 months now as i cycle a fair amount every morning for a good 3-4 hours..
so i got advised by sean prunty to try out 100% recovery and some whey products for muscle rebuilding and to aid my workouts, the flavours of the 100% recovery come in orange and mango..or blackcurrent..both are outstanding tastes!
not too sweet, yet give you the energy boost you need to keep peddling and get your heart pumping!
the whey protein is also very good for muscle repair as i normally do weights for a good hour and everytime i finish i prepare my strawberry whey to aid my aching muscles.
so all in all i give these guys 5 stars.
they are trust worthy, they put in effort to make sure the products they are selling are high quality standard, and the service over the phone is excellent.

I found the recovery drinks very helpful in training for the Dublin Marathon and plan on using them afterwards aswell to help my recovery for the Clonakilty Marathon.

i like this... apart from green apple it too sour for me, normal i dont like all different brand with green apple.. just not for me

but i like rest of all sample kinetica, but will get large Tub of recovery on Chocolate which is my fav, which give sample from my mate

Currently training 5 days a week (Circuit / Spin / Swim & Cycle), recovery drink is EXCELLENT. Recommend 100%. (Orange & Mango flavor tastes great too). Thanks again.

Received a sample of chocolate and one of banoffee.
Mixability was good.
Banoffee tasted great and really satisfied however the chocolate had to be one of the worst I've tasted.
Almost putting me off buying any others if the simple flavour of chocolate can't be good.

I received some samples of Kinetica whey protein in the post . I loved the choc mint flavour. I found it easy to mix and great to taste. Its definitley worth a try.

Just started using the Recovery as part of training programme. Consuming straight after training three times a week (Cycling/Running). Have to say great taste (Orange & Mango) great quality - differenced in post training meant muscles less sore so ready for next set!! Nice to see a new company making some waves in sports nutrition!

I love the food..the bars and the gels are awesome - take the gels with some water and they are so easy to stomach...which is rare!!
