I placed an online order and never…
I placed an online order and never received it. I called Kirklands to ask for replacement or refund, and they said they do not replace or refund lost or stolen packages, that I need to have my bank give me refund. Bank said I need to contact Kirklands. Nobody has time for all this. The order was around $100 so I am pissed!
Racism
Me and family which consists of my wife my daughter 4 my son 1and a half and my son 3 months old we walked inside the store in Lawrenceville, ga 1250 Scenic Hwy about 10:15 am and we’re greeted by the employee only because they coming in the same direction as us by the way was the only greeting we received we we’re never asked if need help or if there was anything we needed help with just employee’s watching us as if we’re not supposed to be the store the entire time we were in there. Great way to lose potential customer. If you work in customer service it is your JOB to service your customers.

Receiving an email about some order, I don't know them and never ordered anything . Smells like phishing

Never had any dealings with this company and they shouldn't have my details, but they have somehow got my email address and are bombarding me with phishing emails about fake antivirus software.
Disappointed Customer
Unfortunately, I received a faulty item, but didn’t realize it until I hung the curtain rod up. Even more disappointed in the way Darla from customer service handled it. This was the email response I received:

Scam
My wife has received many emails from kirklands.com stating that a package is due for delivery. We have never heard of Kirklands and certainly have never ordered anything from them. It is, surely, a scam.
Placed an order online two days later…
Placed an order online two days later the store canceled it. I thought maybe they made an error so I ordered it a second time they took my money a second time and then the following day canceled it again. Customer service does nothing to help you I foolishly received a 20% off coupon and tried to place the same order for a third time after they took my money they then canceled the order. I reached out to customer service via email attaching a screenshot of the third cancellation from the company themselves and was told they don’t see a cancellation on their end. I guess that was supposed to solve all of my problems Company is an absolute scam. Stay far far away.

Never heard of this company and they relate "the delivery adress to confirm" to an Adress in a Country that I left over 10 years ago. I keep on getting emails telling me about a delivery - Obviously some sort of scam, as I have never even heard of them, let alone purchased from them. Don't open any of their emails - they may be up to no good.
Racism

However, when white people entered, the greetings were presented. “Hi there, welcome”. I looked confused because I noticed when whites entered again, greeting were provided. When a single African American older lady enter, nothing was stated. Racism, I cannot and will continue to promote your store.
Clearance items should not be bought if you can not get a credit or exchange.
I purchased a canvas picture and a mirror from Kirklands three days ago. Today is January 3 so it’s probably four days. However no one told me clearance item was not. I could exchange it or get a store credit I knew I couldn’t get a refund I didn’t want a refund I just wanted to store credit or exchange the item and the lady there was very rude and about it and said well the information is on the Receipt I said well ma’am I’m legally blind in my right eye and I have cataract in my left eye so surely I cannot read that and I had a conversation with the lady when I purchased it and she never told me that clearance was not exchangeable or refundable or store credit it, so I just called make a complaint and got nowhere with it so needless to say I’m very discouraged very disappointed and I probably won’t shop there anymore. I spent money I don’t know what to do with these items now.

Went to the Citrus Park Fl location today had terrible customer service.Spent 600.00 in that store and the women who I think was a manager had absolutely no personality.Acted like I was putting her out.You would think spending 600.00 in a store like that you would get better customer service instead she never smiled and was very snotty.
