Last year in November I bought 2 books from this site but I never received them. Total I paid £45 for two books and transport. They have sent me fake invoices and in this fake invoice, they used DHL's name to convince people. I never received a DHL NO even though I asked many times. I called them many times to speak about it with no result. Please don’t waste your money.
Wir haben bei Kitapyurdu bücher nach Deutschland bestellt. Adresse wurde laut DHL über Kitapyurdu falsch auf die Bücherlieferung angebracht und konnte daher nicht ausgeliefert werden. Bücherlieferung ist ins Nevada verschwunden und trotz mehrerer Anfragen bei Kitapyurdu per Email haben wir seit zwei Monaten keine Antwort erhalten. Telefonische Service anfragen waren auch nicht möglich.
Achtung, das ist eine Betrüger Seite! Bücher weg und Geld ebenfalls.

I had very good experience. I ordered books to Europe and got them in a week. Prices are reasonable. I also got a gift of 3 months membership to audio book app, which is awesome!
I bought over 100 books from this side. Their customer service is horrible. Take your business somewhere else and you will not regret it. Their customer service one of the worst and they have disrespectful representatives.
I would not give even a star! I bought bulk books and the package get lost on the way. It was 4 months ago and they did not refund my money. I do not think they will do anytime soon. They do not answer the Emails and customer service is very useless on the phone. They know nothing!!! So avoid if you do not want to lose money and time
Ik heb een bestelling gemaakt met een waarde onder de 40€. Bij die eerste keer had ik ook een bestelling gemaakt onder 40€ en moest ik geen douane kosten betalen. Deze keer hebben ze wel voor 20€ extra gevraagd. Ik heb mijn parcel teruggestuurd met de UPS. En ik heb een bericht gestuurd naar de verantwoordelijke maar die zei dat de extra kosten door mij betaald moeten worden en dat deze info in die contract staat. VOOR DIEGENE DIE HET CONTRACT ONTERTEKEND HEBBEN ZONDER TE LEZEN, ZE LATEN JE BETALEN ALLE DOUANE KOSTEN EN HET BEDRAG IS NIET BELANGRIJK !!!

When you order a book that they can't find (which happens no problem), they are very hesitant to refund your money. This literally happened to me twice: first one, I had to contact them several times for my refund. And the second time, for some reason, they only returned partially (isn't it weird). So I contacted them and they failed to respond with a solid answer. And the other thing is, they charge separate for shipping but never refund it if they can't find the book. It was enough for me so I just called my bank and got my refund without dealing with these money hungry morans...
So if this happens to you too, don't even bother dealing with them, just call your bank and have them get your refund .
Ich habe dort 2 Bestellungen getätigt und bis heute keine Lieferung erhalten. So ein Laden gehört zu. Das ist Abzocke. Haltet Abstand. Es werden falsche Versprechungen gemacht. Glaubt denen kein Wort. Das sind Menschen, die hart erarbeitetes Geld anderer schlucken. Nie wieder dort bestellen.
Ik heb 5 maanden geleden boeken besteld en zijn nog steeds niet binnen. Ze nemen de telefoon niet op een reageren ook niet op email. Betaling gaat niet via Ideal of PayPal of creditcard maar je krijgt een email met daarop rekeninggegevens waar je geld op moet storten. Zeer op onprofessioneel.
Seit drei Monate warten ich schon auf meine Bestellung. Unter der Telefonnummer meldet sich keiner.
Kann keinen empfehlen. Lieber bei anderen Anbietern kaufen.
