We met Shirley in Cork to help us design out our new kitchen, she said as very helpful and thoughtful in her advices and making the kitchen work best for us and our family. The timelines were accurate, kitchen was delivered on the day it was expected to arrived, delivery staff were very friendly. Fitter came the day he was scheduled and was unbelievably quick to install and accurate. We’re really delighted with our new kitchen and Shirleys clever layouts. It’s incredibly practical and bright and spacious and the quality is visible. Thank you Shirley from Brian and Fiona!

After 25 years we decided to revamp our kitchen. We looked at a few places before we arrived at Kitchen World, Bray. Within a few minutes Lorna had me hooked. She was so engaging while being professional and had so much good advice. Within minutes we had a rough plan and over the next couple of weeks our kitchen was designed. Nothing was too much trouble, we made so many visits but Lorna was always patient and welcoming. New kitchen booked and so we waited. First the crew to dismantle the old kitchen arrived and that happened cleanly in 2 hours. New floor fitted and then Kitchen World delivered the cupboards. Andrii and his crew were superb and went above and beyond with all their work with the installation.
Template for worktop done by Granite & Marble Crafts as recommended by Lorna was completed and then Danny and his crew arrived to instal it. It looks absolutely marvellous, we couldn't have asked for more. Finally all the necessary painting and electrics. From start to finish Lorna was available if any minor problem arose. We are so pleased with the end result and would highly recommend Lorna and Kitchen World Bray

We are currently in the process of updating our Kitchen. Ivan could not be any more helpful, he has listened to our ideas and came up with new solutions that would suit our Kitchen. Nothing was a bother even after a few changes here and there. Very positive experiance so far and honestly the fact that Ivan is so easy to deal with, is the reason why we decided to go with Kichen world.

Lianne from the Long mile road branch was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. Couldn't recommend her enough! So friendly, accomodating, and knowledgable.

Nothing was too big of an ask for her. We were back and forth on doors, colours, countertops, taps, you name it! She was so patient with us and gave her own opinion and suggestions when we needed it, without making us feel like we didn't have the choice! She was full of amazing ideas and suggestions, all the while, giving us complete autonomy over every decision.

We'd previously had experience with another company (crash and carry) who we felt backed us into a corner with every element of our kitchen design and this was just the total opposite with Lianne.

The value was also amazing - we did our research on pricing, got quotes from 4/5 companies and KitchenWorld came out not only the cheapest, but was the best experience we'd had by a mile.

We had the pleasure of dealing with John Grace for our new kitchen. We changed the design a few times and it was never an issue with John. He went out of his way to make sure we were happy with everything we chose.

Michelle is a kitchen 'expert' and knows what works and what won't work in your kitchen, even before we did!
The time Michelle spent on preparing plans and showing us the various options allowed us to get the perfect kitchen.
Everything went to plan from the first moment we went into the showroom until the day it was fitted. No drama!
Once the various kitchen items were delivered Alan came and fitted them over 3 days. He worked quietly and expertly , cleaning as he went from unit to unit until finally it all came together. We are delighted with how it looks and works.

We’ve had a fantastic experience so far with Kitchen World Waterford. Although our kitchen hasn’t been delivered yet (our house isn’t quite ready!), we wanted to share how impressed we’ve been with the service to date.

John has been incredibly helpful from the very beginning — offering great advice, guiding us through the design process, and bringing a wealth of knowledge to every decision. He suggested ideas and solutions we simply wouldn’t have thought of ourselves, which has made a huge difference to the final design.

What really stood out was his patience and approach — he was never pushy and was more than happy to accommodate the many changes we requested along the way. It made the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable rather than stressful.
