Lovely product, looks great. Arrived quickly, well-packaged.

As is often the case with negative reviews, I gave 1 star because of necessity! I purchased 3 different handles purely as samples. Two of them looked as featured on the company website. Unfortunately, the experience was totally marred by the the stone and brass one.
Even taking into consideration monitor differences, natural material etc,etc etc it is appalling to think the company could consider this item even remotely representative of the product on their website, besides which the brass trim was rusty and scratched (clearly been used before). I did message the company regarding this, but received no response. As I pointed out to them, my only consolation is I purchased one item and therefore my expenditure (and therefore waste) was minimal, possibly this is why their customer service is so poor!

Amazing products. They look more expensive than the price I paid. Very good deal.

I purchased an attractive set of knobs from their Ebay store but never ended up using them so they sat unused in the box. I decided to use the knobs this year on a different project & two of the knobs fell apart before they were even attached to the unit. I sent Lucy pics & order as evidence sadly the 'passed the Ebay returns date' was used to justify washing her hands of the issue. As items are clearly not fit for purpose and should last decades anyway I was unimpressed, hence the deserved poor review here, not the most ethical experience, won't be a returning buyer. Shop safely folks.

At first I thought the experience was going to be a good one as I contacted K&Bs before purchasing as I did not need the 'frilly bits', I simply wanted the 'stud' to show. I was advised the knobs would be fine without the frilly bit, the stud would cover the hole. I advised I would place an order and gave the order number so they knew the frilly bits were not needed. When they arrived 3 out of the 4 were damaged and not fit for purpose. I contacted Lucy and returned the items. There was a query over the frilly bits as I was unable to return as had binned them as they were not needed and did not think they would be sent. No refund has been received and contact has been non existent since. I have messaged a couple of times to ask if all was okay, but still no contact. If they wanted to do a refund minus the cost of the the frilly bits that would be fine, but no contact has taken place! Not great service or products in my personal view.

I was looking for new handles for a very old unit. After searching through scores of pages I found suitably old looking cabinet handles that I know would tarnish down well with time. The price was reasonable, the delivery packaged well. The handles were changed and look lovely. I would say though, as they are hand made, you do have to expect slight discrepancies between the same items, not a lot but, if you are looking for laser precision you are in the wrong place. Me, I like the oddities of hand made stuff, gives it a uniqueness. The handles/ knobs I received are made of metal, if you push, turn them too hard they do buckle a little. They are hollow so it is only logical this would happen. I'm very happy with my items. I also ordered a light pull in a beautiful fern design,ceramic and ergonomic, it came with a jute string. One word of caution, if replacing the nylon cord of a bog standard light pull you will have to obtain a suitable connector as the jute string is quite thick. They are easily bought and cheap, got mine from Amazon.
