Outstanding service and products
We've bought a few items from this company over the last couple of years and all of them have been excellent quality, delivered promptly. Recently, we did have an issue with one of the products and I can't fault the exemplarily service we received. Lucy is a customer service legend and I wouldn't shop anywhere else for hooks and knobs!

If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would! Knobbles and Bobbles Handle Company has been an absolute delight to deal with from start to finish. The quality of their handles is outstanding — beautifully crafted, sturdy, and the perfect finishing touch to my cabinets and drawers.
What truly impressed me, though, was their exceptional customer service. I accidentally made a mistake with my measurements and ordered the wrong size handles. It was entirely my error, yet the team could not have been more understanding and helpful. They accepted my return without any hassle and processed a quick refund, making what could have been a stressful situation completely straightforward.
My replacement order arrived promptly and was packaged with real care. It’s rare to find a company that combines such high-quality products with such warm, professional, and genuinely supportive service.

Best buy for me as I only needed two…
Best buy for me as I only needed two small door knobs . Most site I went on was either multiple pack or packs of 4 or 8 . Knobbles & Bobbles had such a wide variety to choose from & all really unusual designs . Picked to beautiful flower & beaded design. Good delivery time extremely well priced and really high quality knobs . Would definitely recommend using Knobbles and Bobbles

Replacement handbag strap.
We wanted a strap for a hand bag as per the photo shown. What we received was a metre of the strap without the fittings. We emailed the company pointing out that the photo of the product showed a complete unit with fittings. We suggested that this was misrepresentation. They responded and said that this had never come up before and removed the photo. No offer of compensation, or fittings. Very disappointed with their response. If they had offered the fittings at a reduced price, we would have considered this, but they didn’t. Not impressed with their lack of customer service.

Lovely cupboard handles and very quick delivery Also bought some hanging ornaments (beautiful) but one of them was broken. Received replacement within 48 hours of notifying them. Excellent customer service.
