If I could I would give a NEGATIVE FIVE…
If I could I would give a NEGATIVE FIVE STAR!!! No free return even though it states so on its website. You have to pay for the return shipping and they also deduct handling fees. Actually they don’t accept any return. They will reject your return application easily if you return more than one time and just say your return is abusive. Just don’t trust this website. They just want your money and didn’t care if you’re satisfied with your orders.

Warning to those thinking about shopping on this website: Not recommended. Firstly, if something doesn’t fit and they don’t have a size that will fit you, you have to pay a re-shelving fee on top of return shipping yourself. Basically it’s a $10-$12 risk of buying online. They advertise “easy returns”, but it should say “expensive returns”. Furthermore, if you see something you like on this website, you can go to the manufacturer of that item directly and pay significantly less for the exact same product, so there is no reason to shop on this website.

Was worried about size, but it's perfect, and everything came quickly.
I've wanted a bucket hat for some time, seeing various idols wearing them. (EG: BTS Jungkook and OMG Yooa).I ordered the REDHOMME Over Solid Bucket Hat as well as some KF94 face masks. There's no real size information, so I was most concerned the hat wouldn't be big enough. I have a big head and most times even western hats are too small, but I took the chance. Happily, it's perfect. I live in the middle of the US, so expected a long delay, but it came quickly. The masks are better quality than anything I can get in my small town. Thanks Kooding. I will order again.

According to our record, your order was shipped 2 days earlier than the expected ship-out date we showed during the checkout. We do however noticed that USPS took longer than usual to deliver the package due to restricted service they are experiencing during COVID-19. I love your masks and they came so quickly-in two or three days in the mail!
They are far superior to almost all the other masks I've tried!
I like how the N94 masks are constructed, in that they do not touch your lips, allowing for breathing room. I don't feel 'trapped' when I'm wearing them. I'll buy more!

Kooding is lucky they have no competitors
Items are priced way over retail cost. Shipping is ridiculously slow. Will let you order and pay for your items, just to tell you they sold out a week later.

Due to COVID-19, all our brands are experiencing delays and unexpected out of stock items. Especially, Korea had 1 week holiday season (Korean Thanksgiving) during the week you placed your order, causing further delays and this was noted during the checkout.
