Krogers at Harrison Twp, Michigan and Corporate

Hi Folks:
Nothing but the Truth about this KROGER’S being a Kroger’s customer for over 50+ years.

I have been told a few times that this Kroger’s is far the worst grocery store, however, for a year I tried to overlook these comments to make the best of this Kroger.

But “I have to agree with what I have been told”, in fact this Kroger has been steadily going downhill and some employees are or should not be employed at Kroger’s is extremely sad.

Summary
My last time shopping at this Kroger’s grocery store:

1.About 25% of the products are not price marked.
2.Prices appear to be higher than nearby Kroger’s.
3.You have to check the Expiration dates on all items you will find ready to expire.
4.Altitude of Casher unit manager “Ronnie” is disrespectful to customers.
5.Low grocery stock in many areas.

I was shocked to find out that a dozen of large eggs is $1.89ea with other nearby Kroger’s pricing is $1.39 a dozen!

So, I looked at different dozens of eggs and found that Extra Large Eggs in plastic container is $2,24 and in cardboard container is $1.79ea so I took one dozen container is $ 1.79 and expire date was good. Then all Hell broke loose, and also a few other items was not priced as the cashier charged me. I then took it to the service desk manager and wow did not believe me it got to a point where I told her I will go and take pictures with my cell phone so I did and showed this “Ronnie” Service Unit Manager and so much implied that I change the Photos and assumed that I was lying “TTMF” as a former Marine I got HOT stated “OK here are my groceries back I want my money back.

The next day checked by bank assumed the monies went back on my card the next day my groceries charge taken out (usually goes pending for 1-2 days), however, the credited to my account was not. As it stands today, I am out $111.92 that is the way Kroger’s does business.

My I add the Store manager is really no help to me as well. Called Kroger’s main office that that is a real joke you get into auto attendant jail and end up in the Philippines and/or South America. Then, I stopped in at another Kroger’s to get the regional manager’s name the telephone number this manager did not give me the name and number and took my name and number told me “He will call you” Right like “He will”. Just to again show you “in fact this Kroger has been steadily going downhill”.

“You will get a bigger picture of what this is Koger is all about”. I feel or believe that Kroger's should either clean house totally or just close this store.

After 50+ year as a Koger shopper “I WILL NOT SHOP AT KROGER’S AGAIN – Will go to Walmart or Meijers”.

Egregiously worse customer service. I tried to help my Asian elderly neighbor to exchange her yoga 2 items that did not fit. I called and spoke with ermera says she may exchange it and when I got there in a 20 minutes drive, they turned me away. The seniors have early Alzheimer’s that is why I was helping them.

3x in a row that this king soopers on Arapahoe and Holly 80121 does not follow instructions from my provider to fill prescription even tho the doctor says I have refill. The pharmacy tech debbie here is unethical, immoral and evil. I will also FILE A COMPLAINT to DORA and DPO. I am without prescription and may have a seizure today. The doctor of mine and this pharmacy does not take accountability and mindful of patients well-being. DEBbie IS A BIT,ch

Customer comes last

I expect to be paid if I have to be a cashier and grocery bagger. Only lanes open were self checkout. Didn't even have the item I needed, so got a knock off brand. Online shopping for me exclusively from now on.

Just keeps getting worse....

Our local store (Mansfield, TX) has been on a steep decline for the past 3 years.

Their internal shoppers (for pickup) don't look very hard and are quick to 'out of stock' your item. To which we park, go in, find the item, and check out.

They almost never have staffed registers, instead forcing customers to self-checkout. The lines can be 20-30 people deep depending on the time of day.

I've complained to Kroger via social media, and have only received canned responses. No changes have been made at this store to improve.

I only needed to return a glass milk bottle

I only needed to return a glass milk bottle for the deposit and get coffee creamer. I ended up shopping and had a full basket. One item was beer so I knew it required I. d. check from employee. Employee was busy, I waited my turn. She reached for the beer. I said I can scan it, just do the I. d. approval. She seemed offended. She walked away. So for the second time, I am not just able to scan, pay, and go home. She came back and heard me say something. She asked "are you saying that to me". I said "no". I " think" we still have freedom of speech in USA. She said "okay, I'm not going to help you". I got the bottle and walked to customer service for my refund. I made eye contact with the employee who by now was telling "her" version of the event to a "security person". I stepped out of the customer service line and told the unhelpful employee that I wanted the manager. When he finally showed up, he was very close to my face. We ARE still in the covid situation. No matter vaccinated or not, he can still be carrying the virus and he could pass it from his UNMASKED FACE. I could see he was protecting the employee even though I was an inconvenienced CUSTOMER. I turned and walked away. He said "have a good day". I said I take that as sarcasm. I realized I should get her name so I walked back 5 feet and saw she was talking to a custodian holding a large trash bag. I said I need your name to be sure I report the right person. She covered her name badge and walked away. The manager walked up to me getting even closer to my face so I had to raise my forearm to my face to block him from getting closer. I said I need her name. He said "no, my name is Joey". The security told me she would escort me from the store. I said I am leaving to NEVER return. Joey again sarcastically said "have a good day". Kroger is yet another American business who has moved customer service to the Philippines making it impossible to conduct a conversation with someone not speaking English at my level. My customer card went to the shredder. I want $5 for the gas I wasted.

IMO Kroger is guilty of at bare minimum negligence of allowing thousands of people to get defrauded and a lot of money stolen from them by facilitating transactions of coinme in their store locations. There have been many complaints yet Kroger still has a coinstar machine in every store in my town. Take a minute and go look at the reviews here and in the App Store of coinme.com. It’s unbelievable. I had $500 stolen from me doing a transaction inside of Kroger’s last week. This company coinme is a flat out scam stealing everyone’s money, and Kroger continues to facilitate it thru their coinstar machines. I’m looking at my legal options now, possibly joining others for a class action also. I will not shop at Kroger’s ever again unless they want to repay me for my $500

I love my Noblesville Kroger

I love my Noblesville Kroger. The produce is always fresh, store is clean. Can use improvement in the flower department though, as flowers need to be fresh.

Your employees have attitudes

Your employees have attitudes . u ask for help they just look at u or get snippy . Very rude . No hello nothing and when your at the check out the clerks talk between themselves its like your not even there . And NOT ONCE has anyone offered to take out groceries not even for the elderly folks . Get some manners or find a different job !

Who do you think you are cancelling your connection with Mike Lindell's My Pillow??? Are you aware that over half of the people in this country do not agree with you? We will never shop at Kroger's again nor wear the democrat mask that you demand in your stores. Too late for you to wake up, we now are sure who you are.

Customer Service is great but unfortunately they all provide a different answer

Terrible experience using their delivery service. Placed my order with Kroger's at 10 am for a delivery window between 4 - 5 pm. At 5 pm no groceries were delivered and no call from the shopper stating she would not meet the delivery window ( this is their process). Since the groceries were scheduled to be delivered at a commercial establishment, at 5:30 the property would be locked and she would no longer have access. I called Kroger's who called her and basically tried to provide every option available to help me receive my groceries, including moving it to click it and I would come pick up the groceries myself. Now this was because it was after 5 pm and she was supposedly just starting on my order. Well, she said NO to every option Kroger's provided her with. So as a result the order was cancelled considering no one would be back in the office for a week and we were leaving for the remainder of the day. The next day I wake up to see the status of the order reflecting as "out for delivery" so I called Kroger's again, now I'm being told that the refund could take up to 48 hours. Fast forward from Saturday to Wednesday, no refund and groceries are now marked as "delivered". So of course I call Kroger's back and now they tell me 7 - 10 business days for the refund, but assure me the order was cancelled and the refund is in process. This is beyond sad, and I will no longer be using neither Kroger's or Shipt.

Hey, remember when you required a doctors note to wear a mask at work during the Covid outbreak? Remember how there were no tests? Remember how you did not offer sick time for employees whom thought they had covid but could not get tested? Remember how they don't qualify for sick days without a doctors note after 3 absences?. FOUL, HORRIBLE, TERRIBLE PIGS!

Do not shop online at Krogers

Placed an online order at 8:59 am . Delivery frame was 8:59 to 1pm. Received 2 text messages that the delivery time was pushed back. Last one suppose to be between 3-3:30. No delivery by 7:15pm. I cancelled order and they charged my card $92.35. Disgrace at this time when people are going through tough times.
