This was my 2nd go with this procedure, 1st with KSL. It has been a very different experience to the previous one. Last time I felt all services were the same and went with the cheaper option, which essentially turned out to be a waste of money and time. I ended up back at KSL when looking again and the whole process has felt more professional and more genuine. The customer service doesnt just end when you leave the door, and you actually speak to people you have seen during the process. I met with Dr Matee during my consultation, discussed what had been done and what I was looking for, and felt an overall sense of reassurance. What it looks looks so far, shows how a difference in the standard of work to what I had done previously. I would and will recommend and if any further needs to be done will be going back. It seems that in my experiences so far, you get what you pay for.

Ksl hair transplant experience
I’ve had 2400 hair g rafts at Ksl yesterday by my surgeon/Doctor Nishal. Techs were Brooke and Gosia they were absolutely fantastic top quality Service looked after me made sure I was informed during the whole process calmed me down I was a slightly nervous patient was given something to eat absolutely nothing was any bother really made it a fantastic experience can’t wait to see the results !!! thank you

I had an amazing experience with KSL Clinic
I had an amazing experience with KSL clinics, they looked after me so well on the day of my procedure and have continued to do so in the weeks that have followed. They provided lunch on the day and during the procedure reassured me to ensure I was not in any pain or discomfort. The aftercare has also been fantastic, and the team have been on hand at all times to answer and queries or concerns I have had. I would highly recommend this clinic!

Dr Zeeshan was highly experienced
Dr Zeeshan was highly experienced, communicated clearly before during and after. The two technician’s working alongside the dr were also really professional throughout.
The transplant was mildly unpleasant for 10 minutes during the administration of local anaesthetic and then was completely pain free for the remainder of the procedure, would highly recommend.

Totally recommend!!
I had a really positive experience with my hair transplant from start to finish. Sana and Shirin the technicians, were amazing, they made me feel calm and at ease the whole time, and their company made the process genuinely enjoyable.
Dr Matee provided excellent guidance and advice on my hairline, which greatly helped put my mind at ease. Harrington was the first point of contact on the day and was very reassuring from the moment I arrived until I left.
Overall, the whole team made what could have been a nerve-wracking day feel very comfortable. Now I’m just hoping for great results, so based on the experience so far, I’d totally recommend them.
