La Medina Avis 3

We ate at this restaurant last year and it was satisfactory, last night we ate there, the food is good but the customer service was the worst i have encountered, the staff missed items from our order, then on speaking them it was obvious they were stoned, they were even smoking ??? something dubious when we were eating which is unacceptable. I told him their service was shocking and unacceptable he was draped across the advertising sign and just stared at me !!

Il prezzo che abbiamo pagato (2adulti)per quello che ci hanno somministrato e' eccessivo.....anche se a mia moglie hanno fatto un piccolo tatuaggio(un piccolo cuore...) sul petto....
56 €(compreso con il cibo ed il tè...).....sicuramente il LORO guadagno è ottimo......come mai al tavolo non forniscono il menu' con i prezzi dei vari piatti e del tè e dolcetti vari......?Mistero gaudioso.....!!!!

A group of us had booked La Medina for Saturday night (19/08/23) when we arrived the restaurant was closed for the weekend. The issue is not with them being closed but they had at least 2 phone numbers, 1 e-mail address and 1 Facebook contact, they had not bothered to inform any of us that the restaurant was closed. Very bad customer service.
