Another chinese company disguised as something else. My bracelets came from China, the two obsidian protection ones were very basic and badly made, one of them the elastic had gone so it was very loose. And it was £25!! The other labradorite/obsidian bracelet was actually nice but due to the unpredictability of what you might get, and the dishonesty of the company, I give this one star.

Scam. Fake goods and they refuse to refund. They pretend to be Amsterdam but actually shipped from China. Plastic, fake, scam. Do not waste your money. I reported them to my bank in the end.

I never received my item. I was told it was lost and I would be sent a voucher. The voucher never arrived. Multiple emails later a voucher with a random amount arrived. I used it to get another necklace and again the necklace never arrived. Disappointed. This was supposed a gift for my mum's 80th birthday.

Total scam! My necklace looks nothing like the picture and I’m not even sure it is a stone. I’d ask for my money back but I’m sure they wouldn’t bother. Do not buy!

This company is scamming people with misinformation! The “obsidian” necklace was a piece of plastic and wouldn’t fit anyone! They offer 20% refund then 30% refund unless you pay for shipping to China! Do NOT buy from this company!

My item was ordered a month ago and has still not arrived. I was surprised that it is being sent from China, when you implied that you were personally cleansing and charging each piece.

The necklace took three weeks to arrive in the UK. The cord the obsidian hangs on is flimsy and I expect will break soon.
Edit: just the following morning, the cord broke! I have had this necklace under ten days….:(

The products come from China. They are cheap and i believe are not genuine stones. Such a bad experience and quite expensive products. Will not be buying again from this company.

Aweful! Don’t order from this China front. The bracelet was huge, falling off my wrist. When I tried to return it, they revealed that I’d have to return it at my cost to China. Or I could get 10% refunded - just 10%! I would never order from them again or recommend them.

I was not happy to see the tracking coming from China. And as suspected. The quality was not the exact quality of the photo shown as ordered. The item is a bit cheaper made. The cord is more of a string and I’m not sure that the stone is 100% real. It’s much darker than the one I ordered , so it’s not as pretty. I presented it as a gift for my daughter, not sure if I will give it, since it seems cheap.

So annoyed I didn’t check here before I bought this .. from CHINA NOT AMSTERDAM… needless to say, cheap tat. I swear I’m not buying anything online now without checking here , could kick myself!

Cheap product that you can pick up at any market for about 7 Euros.
This doesn't come from Holland. It comes from China and took 12 days.
Good tracking bit thats about it

Cheaply made, low quality materials. Would not make any purchases from here again.

An absolute con.

Similar to other reviews the jewellery on the web site was completely different to the good supplied. The goods, which actually came from China and not Amsterdam were cheap and nasty .

This is a con do not use this company !

Lamate trade as an Amsterdam seller which is seriously misleading and a complete misrepresentation of who and what they are.

This seller is from China and like all on line goods from China the product I bought from Lamate was cheap and nasty and definitely not worth the money I paid.

Needless to say I can get no satisfactory resolve from this seller.

So buyers be warned.

Delivery took over a month came from China!!! Poor quality much smaller than advertised I wonder if the legitimate company is aware they have been probably cloned !!

Once again I made the mistake of not doing my research on Trustpilot before purchasing. I ordered an Obsidian globe necklace from these charlatans and received a black plastic ball on a piece of string. Please don't go near them, they are scammers.

Slechts 2 van de 3 armbandjes leveren . En van het kastje naar de muur gestuurd worden

Deze Lamate zijn oplichters. 28 sept besteld en 30 euro betaald voor armbandje. Ze beloven steeds dat het er aan komt en bedanken mij voor het geduld. Pure oplichterij.

Ik heb een geluks armband gekocht, was na 1x dragen kapot! Hun reactie: is niet binnen 14 dagen retourtermijn. En inderdaad rechtstreeks uit China en niet eens in een mooie een mooie verpakking. Ondeugdelijk product! NIET KOPEN!
