Excellent EPC service
Landlord Certs London provided a reliable excellent service. Ms. Khadijah was particularly helpful and prompt in completing the EPC and kept me informed throughout the procedure up to final report.

Amazingly efficient
I was very stressed out. I needed my EPC Certificate as soon as possible and although it can usually take up to a week the lady who did mine was very accommodating to my situation and did her utmost to help me. In the end I got it when I needed it so thank you once again!

The lady who visited us was courteous, informative, friendly and although she was delayed in an accident on her way to us, she called ahead to let me know and was efficient and professional. Fantastic service and will recommend to friends. Five star service!

I've had a excellent service from landlord certs, they provided excellent service and support at very short notice.
Being a landlord it is very hard to find someone honest but this company were upfront from start to finish.
