I recently bought some laptop accessories from this shop and had a really good experience. The items were exactly as described, quality was nice, and the prices were fair. Delivery was smooth, and the customer service was friendly and helpful. Would happily buy from them again.
I made the order, no confirmation email, took the money, i email them. No answer. The contact phone number is fake. Dont buy from this site! Scam!
Ich habe leider vor meiner Bestellung nicht auf die Bewertungen geachtet. Offensichtlich hatten frühere Besteller:innen zumindest noch irgendeine Ware erhalten. Bei mir kommt leider nichts an, der Kontakt ist wie beschrieben nur mit Adressen in China möglich und mit viel Glück bekomme ich mein Geld zumindest noch von PayPal wieder...

Kein deutsches Unternehmen aus Berlin, sondern aus China. Kommunikation auf Englisch und Lieferzeiten von 7-15 Werktagen. Zudem werden gleich mehrere E-Mail-Addressen genutzt:

E-Mail-Kontakt durch: powersupplier@... und ukpowersupplier@...
Verkäufer erscheint mir unseriös. Stornierung der Bestellung erfolgte jeodoch ohne Probleme.

Die Firma macht mit Deutscher Website Werbung für Originale Notebook Akkus, die Akkus kommen aus China und sind Original Schrott. Habe 37,00 Euro bezahlt und Schrott erhalten, der Käuferschutz von PayPal greift nicht, man soll das Akku zurück schicken und die Kosten übersteigen den Wert von dem Müll. Leute lasst die Finger weg von dem Laden, sonst ist Euer Geld weg....Garantie lächerlich....!
Top Qualität und auf Anhieb passend was nicht selbstverständlich ist....

"Herzlich Willkommen bei Laptop-Akkus.org aus Berlin..." Dieses 'Berlin' liegt weit weg in China. Es handelt sich um eine bewusste Irreführung. Kommunikation und Rückgaberecht funktionieren nicht. Finger weg!
Achtung: diese Firma ist nicht in Deutschland, sie ist in China.
Wenn sie den falschen Artikel schicken, dann hat man Pech gehabt.
Ich empfehle diese Firma NICHT. Die Kundendienst war sehr schlecht, und infos auf "laptop-akkus org" sind irreführend.
Ich habe angenommen, dass die Firma in Berlin wäre, weil ganz oben am Homepage steht:
„Herzlich Willkommen bei Laptop-Akkus.org aus Berlin.“
Ich habe ein Notebook-Netzteil im Wert von 10 euro bestellt – sollte richtig für mein Laptop sein.
Nach der Bestellung schreiben sie, dass der Netzteil nicht gelagert ist.
Endlich wurde er geliefert; hat aber für mein Notebook nicht gepasst.
Nach vielen Emails – die sehr schwierig zu verstehen waren – sagen sie, dass ich den Netzteil zurück nach China senden müsste, und dafür bezahlen. Eingeschrieben von Österreich nach China kostet 40 Euro; Produkt ist nur 10 Euro wert. PayPal konnte nicht helfen.

If they make a mistake with the order, you will have to cover the cost of sending it back to China.
I ordered a product worth 10 euros, which the info on the webpage said was right form my laptop. It was not and my only option would be to send it back to China, costing me (from Austria) 40 euros with tracking. Clearly not worth it.
Their emails are very difficult to understand (Google translate) and they won’t answer my questions about why they claim to in Berlin at the top of their homepage.
PayPal couldn’t help. They say I have to send it back to China, they didn’t address the point about the misleading info on their website.
