Truly a fantastic experience with Luca! I've struggled to find a salon in London after 10+ years with the same hairdresser in the States, but I've found a home with Larry King. Luca listened to my concerns, assessed my face and hair type, and gave me a fantastic cut and blowout. Great service from the front desk as well!

Brilliant atmosphere - calm, assured, very up to date but still human, warm and welcoming. Jake cuts brilliantly and the whole experience is top notch. Highly recommend.

Larry King’s Notting Hill salon has a warm neighbourhood vibe with world class hairdressers. Andreas has been cutting and styling my hair for years and has become a great friend. If you need a new look and are struck in a rut go see him. He’ll lift you up, make you laugh and make you feel like a million dollars when you leave the salon.

I ADORE this salon. My cut was with Elliot (10 stars!) but without exception I can say that every member of staff was amazing and friendly and kind (I'd recently broken my arm and they all made me feel comfortable and beautiful when I was feeling at my lowest!)
Elliot is so talented and I loved his honesty about what was possible with my hair type and my ability to style it myself with a broken arm. He's brilliant and I couldn't recommend him or Larry King highly enough!

Everything about the booking experience, the welcome in the salon and, most importantly, the hair cut was excellent. There is a great atmosphere in the salon and all clients, including new, uncertain men such as me, are made very welcome. Elliot was super experienced, relaxed and friendly and gave me a much improved haircut. I’m looking forward to returning in a month.

Absolutely loved my first visit to the salon and love my new hair! Frankie completely understood what would suit me and my hair, creating softness and movement. I don’t know how but she created the image I had for my hair without me showing her a single photo - magic! I walked out feeling so good. Thank you, I’ll absolutely be back!!

Manuel is the best. A haircut that suits you and also grows so well. Consistently good. Also a great vibe at the NH salon.

Very comfortable salon, friendly and efficient reception and assistants, but most of all Dean Harris is amazing.

The appointment for colour and cut was perfect. The location is easy and practical, the staff are lovely, the service is generous and Martha - my hairdresser - really excellent. She’s intuitive and understands exactly what I want. Highly recommend..

Bobby’s blow drys are the best, and the new Ride or Die texture spray is the best I’ve ever used !! ❤️❤️

Louis amazing stylist

I’ve been going to Larry King, South Kensington, for a couple of years now and I’m very happy. You always get greeted with a big, warm friendly welcome from Gary and is always looking after you. Paul Bingham colours my hair and he’s brilliant. He colours my hair so well, the tone and depth of the colour still looks nice and natural but rich and healthy. He’s very easy to chill out and talk with too.

I Walked into Larry King today looking like a drowned rat after the London rain, wildly asking Dean if he could fix my hair, colour, roots, style… and reverse age me while he was at it 🤣

Instead of trying to upsell me into financial ruin, he calmly and honestly mapped out the smartest long-term plan for my hair and genuinely made me feel so reassured. The man is exceptionally talented, professional and defo doubles as a great therapist.

Also huge credit to the lovely receptionist who gracefully handled my chaotic rambling on arrival and handed me into Dean’s care.

I fear I’m now Dean’s problem for life! — so if you want honesty, skill and someone who actually cares about the health and future of your hair, he is absolutely outstanding, restored my faith in humanity!! Well done Larry King! You clearly know how to find incredible staff!!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience here today was deeply disappointing. What should have been a straightforward appointment turned into an exhausting six-hour ordeal. It took nearly three hours just to remove my extensions, and despite paying £1,095 for a new set, the entire process felt chaotic and poorly managed.

While the staff were polite and kind throughout, it was painfully obvious that many were insufficiently trained. The only reason my hair was ultimately salvaged was thanks to Vicky, whose professionalism and skill stood out enormously in an otherwise disorganised experience.

Beyond the technical issues, the salon itself lacked warmth, atmosphere, and any visible sense of leadership or management. For a salon carrying the Larry King name and charging premium London prices, I expected a far more refined, efficient, and client-focused experience. Fortunately, London offers many salons with far greater expertise, hospitality, and heart.
