The parcel was delivered very promptly and the packaging was good.
The items I ordered are excellent and the quality of the items also very good. This coming from me is unusual as I am very tall and have a lot

Good service and good quality clothes at reasonable price.
Love the good range of clothes also the free returns policy is useful means you don't have the fear of extra cost if you want to return item for a different size.

Beautiful & classy outift
I got myself a classy outfit at clearance prices with Lavitta. Will definitely be shopping there again as the quality for the bigger built person is reasonably priced and well fashioned.

Will I Won't I Use Lavitta Again
This is the first time that i have ordered from Lavitta and although i gave a two star rating it was not due to any friction. Ordering was easy and my order came within the expected time period.The low rating was due to my disappointment of the quality and the high price of the items.
I am comparing both with clothing i have purchased in a popular High Street store.The skirt although a good style is very flimsy and i would have paid a good deal less on the High Street. My biggest disappointment was the jacket it arrived so creased that i thought i wouldn't be able to get the creases out. Once again the style is good but the quality is just not there can't believe i paid double what i would have paid on the High Street.I ordered from Lavitta because i needed an outfit and couldn't find what i wanted anywhere else. I like the styles but very over priced on quality.I may order again but that would depend
on whether i would be willing pay over the odds for the style i was looking for.
I used the internet to place my order and i am happy with the service.

I have bought several dresses and am pleased with the quality, fit and speedy delivery. I'm a UK size 16 and the size 16 fits perfectly. I would highly recommend and will definitely be buying more clothes from Lavitta.

Thank you for your recent order which was placed n 23/1 and subsequently delivered on 24/1.
Our FREE Royal Mail return service is a 3-4 working day service. Once the parcel has been received at our warehouse it needs to be processed and checked which can take a few days due to the volume of parcels. Once this has happened our Accounts department are informed and a refund is processed.
