Faulty goods
Ordered. 2 tunic tops . 1 ivory 1 pink . Unfortunately when opening the pink one it was shadow stained to the front . I have returned it . I also had to print my own returns label as there wasn't any on invoice . I think that the pink tunic was sent to another customer, who sent it back , your dispatch dept might have just put it in my order bag without checking condition . The cello wrapping was all crumpled and the invoice in the same crumpled condition , minus the returns labels . Disappointed!

I am sorry to hear you had problems with one of the items! We have a strict quality control procedure in the warehouse so I am disappointed to hear this happened for you. I can see a refund was processed, and due to the time that has passed since you left this review, I am confident all is now sorted.
We do still offer free returns, however we include instructions of how to produce a free returns label on the Royal Mail website should it be required. This means going forward you would always have to follow this procedure or let us know if you were struggling, as they are intentionally not placed inside the parcel.
I am sorry to hear the overall experience was not a good one for you and hope we can redeem ourselves again in the future.

Lovely clothes and good quality but not …
Lovely clothes and good quality but not very good service. Will not allow me to order online have telephoned about the problem four times and bren told I would get a phone call to sort it out still waiting. Also had to phone twice to see whether received my returns and taking an extremely long time to process refund compared with other companies. Also one order had a free returns label in another didn't and I had to pay.

We do offer a free returns system, and include instructions inside the parcel of how to create a label should one be needed via the Royal Mail's website. We are here to help if you ever have problems with this again.
We always aim to refund as quickly as possible but our T&C'S do state to allow up to 14 working days from the date the return reaches our warehouse, and in busier periods following promotions it can sometimes take this stated time.
If you have any problems in future please let us know and we will be more than happy to help!

Training of staff
I bought 3 articles on net for click and. Collect. I had to return 2 and took back to shop were I was told that I had to return it by post, I explained that there was no return label, Staff assured me I would receive label following day. I went home after wasted journey, only to receive phone call to tell me that I needed to return them back to shop. I was really annoyed as I could have done without running around like this, As this is the first time I have bought from this company, I think it will probably be the last. I think you need to train staff better,
