Brilliant company and product
Brilliant company and product. Brought my Bose Sounddock back to life and I couldn't be happier with the purchase.

They are an online UK company, who have some great products. In these times, yes the postal service is a little slower, but the products are worth the wait. I have brought a couple of items from them and every so often have a look at their web page to see whats new.
First receiver faulty
I-Dock unit did not work. Contacted customer support to arrange returning the product which I did via courier. Did not receive any replies as to whether the returned unit was received and what was happening for over a week. I eventually was contacted by the company and given a replacement receiver together with an apology and discount for the delay. All working now, great product.

Over the moon with my purchase. So happy to be listening to my Bose again. Fast and straight forward service with excellent customer support! Will be back again.

Excellent service and great products
I don’t usually leave reviews but just found this when Googling the Layen website. I have bought two receivers and a beanie from these guys in the past. We had a some trouble with our dock (the set-up), and contacted Layen. The customer service was brilliant. I had lots of questions and they went the extra mile for what is essentially a pretty cheap and basic bit of audio equipment - although saying that - it bought back to use my expensive system that was just sat collecting dust! I’m still very happy with it.
Anyway, you can’t always please everyone but I have recommended them lots of times so thought I’d add my two pennies
Purchased an i-Dock 4.1
Purchased an i-Dock 4.1, was impressed by website claims about compatibility and exchange policy etc, however DO NOT believe this hype, unit did not work, no response to emails, phone number on invoice is BOGUS, also company name changes every year or so, currently trying to get a refund, - AVOID this company at all costs

The BT adapters I ordered are all good enough quality, though got to mention that the range seems to be not as far as I'd expect (noway it's 10 meters if there is so much as a cardboard box in the way), but I know enough not to necessarily blame the adapters for that.
What I've marked them down further on though is the postage. I was charged £20 thinking it would be a speedy courier or something. In fact it took more than a week to receive the tiny envelope size package via normal mail and the post office printed the true cost on the stamp which was less than half what I was charged. That's the sort of rip off that annoys me enough to make sure I don't shop again - plenty of options out there for BT adapters! Would have been 4 or 5 star otherwise!
