Currently there are 5 members of staff who between them have over 140 years of photographic experience. Alongside an extensive range of photographic, video and optical products the Chester store also provides digital printing services including passports and restoration. Other services available include sensor cleaning, repairs and prints from mobile phones.

Before I bought the used Lens I phoned the store and had a helpful conversation. with a pleasant chap. I then thought about it and decided to proceed. It was an easy process and everything worked and I got my lens quickly. I am pleased with the purchase and it is as described.

Chester great shop great service
Called in the Chester shop and saw a tripod. The guy in the shop was very helpful and pleasant. When I compared it to others it was great value. Rang the shop the next day (sunday) and ordered it no hassel came two days later great service, would use again 👍

Helpful, knowledgeable and speedy service
Jason was really helpful in fulfilling my order for Panasonic S5ii which included the 20-60mm F3.5-F5.6 and 50mm F1.8 prime lens. The order arrived next day, this was earlier than expected. I have also visited LCE Chester on a number of occasions. The team are really knowledgeable and helpful. I would happily recommend them.

Great products, people and brand
I’ve purchased from LCE several times over the last 6 years from various stores and online for new and used equipment. On each occasion I’ve found the staff to be open, honest and genuine. Any advise has been clear and directly relating to my questions. With a trade in their communications have been clear and fair.
Their selection of new and used products are first class and the knowledge across the product set is faultless.

Great Canon DSLR camera body
Delighted with the camera body which is in excellent condition and works perfectly with all of my old Canon 35mm lenses. Came with a lot of extras, some of which I wasn't expecting. Very fast delivery and everything was well packaged.
