Established in Hereford as Melgray Photographic in 1979 and we joined the LCE group in 2015. We have an outstanding reputation and are well known for our sales of new & used photographic products. We also offer specialist services including passport pictures, video/cine film transfer to DVD and digital formats and instant print kiosks for memory cards and mobile phones users. Yet another great transaction from this…
Yet another great transaction from this photographic group, this time the Hereford branch. I traded in an item against another, but due to the distance involved, it was conducted by courier. They picked up from me, then a couple days later, my item was inspected and all was well as my chosen item arrived by the same service. As the item was second-hand, the description lived up to what was stated in the online specifications and it works as expected. Yet another purchase from LCE that doesn’t disappoint!.

The store dispatched reasonably…
The store dispatched reasonably quickly, although DPD 'local' got lost two days running. I felt this store offered great value for money, I regretted selling that lens in the past due its reasonable sharpness wide open and light weight, and was so glad I could source it again its given me a lot of happiness and nostalgia. Would shop here again, condition was as described and works very well.

Amazing service from Hereford branch
First time ordering, they got back to me with the link to buy the product very quickly, once I purchased the item I got the tracking information within 2 hours and the camera came the next day. Camera was in great condition even being second hand. Had some questions while waiting for camera to arrive and they got back to me right away. Great experience :)
